My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

After finding my dream deck furniture two years ago in Architectural Digest I began a web search to locate a dealer. I couldn't believe my luck when I found that Kingsley Bate was available at our local Fire House Casual Store. From the beginning of my dealings with Donnie and his team their service has been stellar. We had an issue this summer which they corrected with the same gracious attitude. Unbelievable team of professionals. I'm a customer for life.

As a design professional, I can honestly say that Fire House Casual Living has an amazing selection of outdoor furniture, furnishings, and accessories -- from sophisticated styles to casual living, all with exceptional quality. When I first walked in to the store, I was greeted by Melissa Uslick, Design Consultant. She was extremely helpful in narrowing down my choices to what suits my needs and budget. Her very personable approach made an otherwise overwhelming shopping experience, very pleasant and productive. She is a true professional that I highly recommend. Having shopped at countless other furniture stores nationwide, I can honestly say this is a fantastic store with exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

Late last summer my outdoor gas firepit just stopped lighting. An HVAC service person determined that the igniter was corroded and needed to be replaced. I called the manufacturer of the unit with the part number and was happy to hear they had the part on hand. However, they would not sell it to me as an end user. They gave me the name of some dealers in our region but I could not get any traction with any of them until I called Fire House Casual Living. Donnie Owens took my information and followed up with gusto! The manufacturer representative at first told him that they did not sell the replacement part but Donnie refused to accept this answer knowing that I had already confirmed availability. He then worked through technical support to properly identify and order the needed part for me. As I anticipate evenings this summer out by my firepit with friends and family, I am very thankful to have found a company that provides outstanding customer service!
