Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting

We purchased 4 outdoor lights for the front of our home 7 years ago, We spent about $2000 for the 4 lights. Over the last couple of years the finish has totally faded off part of the lights. I asked our dealer to find out from Fine Art Lamps how to fix the issue (they would not talk to me). The dealer called and Sylvia from Fine Art said that the lights are out of warranty, they have no suggestions on how to fix, they are made in the Phillipines and have no idea what type of paint to buy that would work for the lights. Basically, they didn't care about our issue and had no intention of helping us. I assumed that they sold high end products as their lights are more expensive than a lot of other options. I guess I was wrong. Unless you want to buy new outdoor lights every 5-7 years, I would go with someone else.
