We wanted to convert our in-law suite back into a garage. Searching for a garage door was easy, but there were exacting framing specifications needed for any garage door installation. We tried to find a garage door company to perform the work. Upon finding no assistance from installers, we turned to Home Advisors who pointed us to Arch Home Services. Corey Maddrix promptly responded and provided an on-site visit and a very reasonable estimate. Arch was very flexible in coordinating the project and performed the perfect garage entry way and framing while also providing many useful suggestions for improving the garage. Project completed on time and within budget. We recommend Arch and will call on them again!

Corey did an excellent job on the construction of our custom pergola. The pergola was a replacement for a free standing pergola that had fallen over during a freak wind storm. We discussed the likely failure mode and Corey recommended a more structurally sound and robust solution for attachment of the permacast columns to my slate patio. He was meticulous in his planning, design, preparation, and install with much attention to detail. That said, he was receptive to our inputs and accommodated them in his final design. Corey was very communicative, responsive, and prompt during all phases of the project. We would highly recommend Corey to others for their home improvement projects.

Corey did an amazing job on our deck! He was able to create the look we wanted within our budget. He is a perfectionist in his work; his cuts and angles are just right. We love the custom angles that give character to our deck. Corey was very professional in his work. He communicated with us to let us know when he would be on site and cleaned up before leaving every day. Very dependable.

Corey did an excellent custom job on my pergola. He is a wonderful carpenter and tradesman. From the design cut of the boards, measuring for a perfect fit, and priming/ painting. I am glad I found Corey and his company, Arch Home Service to do this job....other contractors could not. As a realtor, I will strongly recommend Cory to my clients as well as my friends. My wife and I are very happy to of had Cory from Arch Home Services remodel our house. Last year our house was damaged by a fallen tree. Since we were planning to remodel our 32-year-old home now was the time. My wife watches HGTV daily and she is very particular. Cory was very good at remodeling the house like we wanted and made improvements to our original plans. We had the carpet ripped out of the bedrooms, dining room, and living room. Flooring removed from the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room, and living room walls removed. We had hardwood floors installed on the upper two levels of our house. New kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, doors added, doors removed, windows removed, windows added and a large quartz island added where our living room wall used to be. Before the remodel we usually only seemed to socialize in the family room. Our original kitchen was small and the dining room was not functional. Now it seems that we use the whole house for living space.. I'm an electrician and Cory did a great job with the new open space lighting. The lighting he installed under the cabinets really made the new kitchen shine. We went from an electric range to a gas range. That was a big plus. Also, note that the Microwave we bought didn't fit into the new cabinet. Cory came up with a fix and it looks great. I highly recommend Cory of Arch Home Services to do any type of work on your home. Cory is punctual. He usually gets to your home around 7:30 am and works to 3:45 pm. My two very large dogs like him and his helpers and we didn't have any problems with our pets. I know finding the right contractor can be difficult. I think you'll be very happy with Arch Home Services. JZ
