The folks at First Flooring are fabulous! Em and Pat helped us pick out the tile for our master bathroom renovation. They are both so knowledgeable about design and construction. They heard our concerns and design ideas and we're in tune with the vision we described. They both, on separate occasions steered us to the same tile. Everyone there is polite and professional. Purchase, pickup & return of extra material were all quick and easy. I can't wait until we do our kitchen next year so we can shop here again!!!

We're remodeling an old house, after gutting it. I will never go anywhere else for flooring, after seeing the selection at First Flooring & Tile. I've purchased for the bathroom, floor, shower and back splash around the sink. Still have hardwood flooring to do throughout the house, tile for the kitchen floor and backsplash. I love the unbeatable selection at First Flooring. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fun!!! I started with specific colors of a vessel sink I had purchased and they helped me select everything else I needed. Sizing out the project, helped me make decisions. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from M. We recently remodeled our bathroom and she made the decision process much easier than I planned. It is such a relief to find a company that employs knowledgeable and professional people. We will definitely come back.

I use First Flooring for all my tile needs. As a contractor time is important and that is never a issue when dealing with M. I can show up unplanned and she always finds a way to answer my question or a customers questions . She does a great job for me when putting together styles and color schemes. In doing a project sometimes there's countless hours in working with a customer on making a final decision on there project. On a recent project she went above and beyond with physically showing my customer with a drawing of the tile pattern my customer had picked out. M had drawn out on paper to show the customer what the pattern would look like with the fixtures in her room. That was a great thing for me in selling the job.

Jennifer was extremely informative, helpful and kind in providing suggestions and advice on our bathroom project. We've checked many other places and always end up coming back to First Flooring because of their large selection, quality and competitive prices. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and appreciated Jennifer taking the time to understand our needs.

We purchased tile located at the Akron Shop via "M". Let me say that she did a WONDERFUL job answering all our questions & being patient. She has superb Customer Service skills! She is very knowledgeable about their products too! It was refreshing to be able to wonder through the shop without the fear of being hurried along. There was no pressure. The Owners are very social & polite also. Melochey {M} has a great sense of humor which is so very refreshing & yet so rare these days! Thank You for the humor! This shop is a MUST HAVE for anyone looking for great tile at great prices also. It was well worth our very long drive to shop here. Thank You all so very much for taking such good care of us!

We had our shower surround and floor tiled by First Flooring. In short, they did an amazing job. From start to finish they helped us out to plan the job and all the way through completion. Melaky (sp?) Cecil helped us out so much. We didn't have a clear vision of how we should proceed and she, being the professional that she is, settled us down and started to show us different tile/color combinations that would work for our bathroom and especially our budget. No one tried to up-sell us on material we didn't want or couldn't afford we got a great bathroom at a great price. The installer, Mark, was the most meticulous worker I've ever seen - ask for him. He was on top of every detail including the math behind laying the tile just right. I highly recommend First Flooring!!!

keri was awesome and easy to work with. Our bathroom tile had been dc'd after had already purchased countertop. She was able to find amazing match of new tile that looked even better than first. Our new bathroom looks amazing due to Keri. Thanks!!!!!! We used first choice improvements. Joe and Dale were also awesome.
