Read this- You are never going to find this kind of customer service anywhere else!!!!!!!!!! Two years ago, Eheart installed a floor for us that had some minor problems within the first year. They were super attentive and came out to fix them number of times and we finally all came to the conclusion that the problems weren't going to go away. So they brought in more of the same flooring and replaced it and we wound up with the same problems (this was a product failure, not an install failure). Last week, at their own expense, they installed a third more expensive floor and it turned out great. Be aware- Eheart almost never sees things like this because they are so determined to do it right the first time. But the real proof of a company's integrity isn't about the things that go right, it shows up in the way they resolve problems when they do arise. You cannot imagine the kindness, patience and professionalism of this team! They were all about putting us first regardless of the expense to them and this was a very small job compared to so many of the big projects they handle. I realize it sounds crazy to give 5 stars out when some things go wrong, and you should not expect problems with these folks-they are excellent at what they do and this was a highly unusual situation- but I wanted everyone to know the way they have gone above and beyond anything we would have expected. Missy has done her dad proud and continued the tradition of excellence Eheart is so well known for. My deep appreciation to Missy, Brian and Dustin who affirm the fact that there still is such a thing as customer service! Oh- and we love our floor!

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. Missy has a great eye for design. We couldnt be happier. The service was unbelievable. So hard to come by these days, Everything as promised and more. The design of the products together was perfect. What a great value, they say you get what you pay for! In this case we feel like we got more than we paid for!

Emily at Eheart has been a lifesaver. They put a great product on the market! Nice quality installers, pricing not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Well done!

Missy at Eheart is one the the hardest working people I've ever met! She was amazing in helping us choose a backsplash. When one didn't work out she immediately found a replacement that turned out even better. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of design. I can not say enough good things about Eheart Interior Solutions. I will use them again and again. I highly recommend them!

Their expert designers have patiently walked us through the process of updating our 18 year old home. They truly are a class A company with the best staff. We are so in Love with our new wood floors!!!!!!

We recently moved to Fort Collins and our new home needs some serious updating! We hired Eheart to help us with our first project - redecorating our living room. Briar from Eheart was very patient with all our questions (and changing our minds a few times!). She was also very helpful keeping us within our budget. Thanks to Briar we now have beautiful new wall colors and carpeting - both in our living room and on our stairway. Briar is a joy to work with and she introduced us to a whole new color palette that we love. We have also ordered gorgeous new furniture and can hardly wait to see that in our 'new' living room!
