I highly recommend this company for any flooring, tiling, and designing needs. They are all very friendly, professional and deliver high quality work. We recently had a minor flood on carpet that they installed and were extremely quick to come out and help with the repairs. Definitely a go-to for any renovation!

I am a painting contractor and was on a job painting while Flooring America was installing the flooring. I was impressed right from the start by the professional installation that I witnessed from the crew of Flooring America. I asked for a card and call for an estimate in my own home. The owner Pat Marlow came and met with my wife and mother-in-law to decide on flooring. My mother-in-law and my wife were so impressed by Pats professionalism that we hired Flooring America to do our wood floor install. I was so impressed with the install and professionalism that was displayed I have since passed on at least 100 customers of mine to Flooring America. Our experience with Pat and Flooring America was outstanding. When we were planning to replace our ceramic tile floor, Pat made some suggestions which made the installation much better, including placing tile in two areas we had not originally planned. After hearing his suggestions, it quickly became apparent that they would make for a much better appearance and avoid creating some visual conflicts which would have occurred with our original plan. We found a tile we loved from a different store and Pat was able to get the tile at a competitive price. The installation was incredible. His installers take pride in their work and, although we chose narrow grout lines and a complex pattern, they did an outstanding job, including following the pattern meticulously in food pantries and under the refrigerator. They also perfectly leveled the floor. When the new tile was installed, we became aware of how "wavy" the previous tiles were. A friend who is a contractor saw the floor and declared that it was the best tile floor installation he had seen in his 30+ years as a contractor. We are very pleased with Pat and all of the other representatives from Flooring America and would recommend them to our friends. It is rare to find a firm where everyone is professional and takes pride in their work.

Purchased Brazilian Cherry hardwood for our living, dining and family room areas in 2013 and was installed in June of that year. The bedrooms were completed with a quality carpet product they provided that met our budget needs. Pat provided us a very fair price for complete installation for the quality of the products we received. We absolutely love the hardwood flooring and the upgraded and stylish look it gives our home in these living areas. The baseboards complete the hardwood with a very elegant look. The carpet is very easy to clean especially with a pet in the home. Our installers were very professional and have an eye for being meticulous in their craft. We would definitely recommend Flooring America to our friends, co-workers and family members.

Stay away from this company. I hired them to install hardwood floors. Pat the owner assured me that his crew was the best.The installers got glue all over which cured in the finish (they couldn't remove it) boards installed uneven and didn't even finish putting in the quarter round in my kitchen. They walked off the job and the owner Pat won't refund my money or replace my floor. It is a disaster and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have been using Flooring America for the last six years on multiple rental properties and a large commercial office. I have had them install tile, carpet, and laminate and all jobs have been excellent and on time. Customer service is outstanding as well as the product they choose to stock. This is the only flooring store I recommend to my friends, family, and business acquaintances and I usually give a few names of service providers for them to choose from.

Pat and the crew from Flooring America did a great job with planning and installing new hardwood floors and two new washrooms in our condo in St. Pete Beach. Pat was excellent with regard to selecting our new hardwood floors and tiles for our two showers/washrooms. Eric and Jay did a great job with the installations. We have been very happy with all the work from Flooring America and any visitors to our condo have commented on the quality of workmanship of the work done. Our condo looks great and we are very happy with the finished product.

Very professional work in installing a beautiful wood floor. We were impressed with the timeliness of the work, the quality of the installation and the cleanliness with which the job was done. (We'd heard story about dust as tile was removed to make way for the wood, but we had NO problems with dust at all due to the installation crews excellent work.) Over a year after installation we are delighted with our beautiful flooring. Highly recommended. P.S; Last year we had FA work with us on a bathroom remodel. Same great service and beautiful job. Their tile guys are remarkable!

We were assisted in the showroom in a professional manner. The owner was knowledgable about all of the products, gave suggestions without being pushy. He advised us on the pros and cons of various materials that we were considering for our remodel. The installer was on time every day, was very conscientious about his job, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We would, and have, recommend Flooring America for your flooring and tiling needs.
