I was overly satisfied with my new carpet, it had to be dyed to match existing Royal Blue carpet and Flooring Innovations did an excellent job.

We found Flooring Innovations personnel be friendly, knowledgable and skilled. Every aspect of our interactions were very professional and we would and have highly recommended them to others. Our Sales Representative, Dino Ariello was excellent. He was very capable and courteous with all or demands. He even came to our home on his own time and brought tile samples and helped us avoid a costly error in our selections. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the tile or carpet installers but they were fantastic. They like Dino, were friendly, pleasant and capable technicians with the installations. All of the Flooring Innovations personnel were excellent to work with and made a messy and tedious process as enjoyable as possibly. Thank you for your efforts to help create our beautifully remodeled home!

We have been working with Flooring Innovations on a variety of projects for several years and cannot speak highly enough of our satisfaction. We are developers of homes ranging from 5700 to over 12,000 sq feet and an occasional "fixer" at a very high end Golf Club, as well as on our smaller income property. We have found that they offer the largest selection (variety and price range) of carpet, stones in southern California. Staff very professional and always deliver and install within the time frame we agree upon and leave the project spotless and show ready.

Professional service from the sales person and to the installers. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They worked hard and wasted no time in finishing on the projected timeline.

Bill did an excellent job in designing our new kitchen. He was upfront with the estimate and stayed in the budget. He held all of the subcontractors to his high standards. There were a few concerns that Bill took care of ASAP. He made sure that we were totally happy and we still are. Now I actually like to cook and spend time in the kitchen. The qualtiy of the cupboards and drawers are exceptional, so deep and they hold so much. We love the lighting under the cabinets. So great! He let us take home samples of wood that was much appreciated. He took us to pick out appliances. He followed up on all of the work and details every step of the way. We would highly recommend Bill and Flooring Innovations.

Absolutely great service and product line with this company. We needed substantial upgrades and the materials that were suggested and selected by their staff worked out perfect. The installation was very timely and without any disruptions. The installers were always on time and if we noticed something that needed a touch up, they came out immediately. We would highly recommend Flooring Innovations based on our experience.......you won't be disappointed!

It was a great experience, we chose the carpeting that we wanted and they had to order it. It came in within a few weeks and they showed up promptly and spent the entire day. The job is flawless and we would highly recommend them.
