Mike Chaplain from FloorMax was a life saver he came into my home and provided the best customer service that I have ever had. When I had a problem with anything along the way Mike took my calls and took care of the problem within a day or two. The job completed by FloorMax was way past my expectations and the family is enjoying my basement more than they had in the past. My granddaughter thanks you Mike for a safe place to play.

Floormax had installed our carpeting a number of years ago. Our new kitten caused some damage last year, and now that he's out of his destructive phase we contacted Floormax to see if the damaged areas could be patched. They came promptly and patched the damaged areas, and it looks great! Floormax has been a pleasure to deal with, and they do a great job. Thank you!

5/5 Stars! Masoud Molayem (Aspen Hill, MD) and his team were fantastic!!! They hauled away all of our old carpet and put our new extra carpet in our basement storage area for us! Everyone on the team was super professional and made replacing 20 year old carpet so easy. Our carpet quality is soft, plushy and beautiful. If you are looking to talk to someone from FloorMax, just ask for Masoud and his team!

It is a pleasure to recommend Floormax at 5268 Nicholson Lane in Rockville for flooring needs. I specifically dealt with Sam Bagha who went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and ensure that the selection and installation of my flooring was a perfectly positive experience. Hi patience is admirable, as I was unsure of what I wanted, and he did not push me to make a decision, but rather let me know that he was available to answer questions and help me if needed. The showroom offers much to choose from. Installation was planned to coordinate with my schedule, confirmed, and the installers arrived exactly as planned. They were very neat as they worked, and left behind no mess. It was all-in-all a very positive experience. I love my new floor, and highly recommend Floormax and working with Sam.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Floormax ((Rafi and company) did an outstanding job removing damaged hardwood flooring and replacing it with new boards. The repaired floor looks great and is right as a drum. Very reasonably priced, too. This is not the first time Floormax has come to the rescue. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

The Silver Spring, MD store staff have done a wonderful job with putting in hardwood floors! They helped with the selection; double checked the square footage, The installers were wonderful, working nonstop each day and when they had finished, they cleaned like it was their own place. Everyone acted like they really cared. Strongly recommend them!

Our real estate agent recommended Masoud Molayem at Floormax to help us with new flooring for our recently purchased house. We could not have been any happier with our experience! After speaking with him on the phone on a Sunday, Masoud met me at my house for the initial walkthrough the following Wednesday during my lunch hour. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable from his years of experience. When he steered me away from more expensive options for more practical ones, I knew that he was interested in getting me the best product for my situation and not trying to make a quick buck. My wife and I then met him after work that evening at the store and he walked us through the hardwood and carpeting choices. Within a few days, he gave us a quote for the different materials we were considering, including their installation cost. We actually then got a second quote from with another big box flooring store that was comparable in price, but we chose to go with Masoud and Floormax because every interaction we had with him confirmed to us that he had our best interest at heart and would go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. In the end, we had engineered hardwoods installed in our living room/dining room/upstairs hallway, new hardwood treads and risers installed on our stairs, and new carpeting installed in our bedrooms. Wilmer and Joanna Medina were the wood floor installation team and we could not be happier with their craftsmanship. They stained to hardwood stairs to match exactly the color of the engineered hardwood floors. Since I installed the baseboards on my own the week after the floors went in, he stained all of shoe molding for me so I only needed to measure and cut it. They even came back the following week to fix a minor issue. The carpet installers (I did not catch their names) came in and got all of the rooms done in half of a day. Everyone we dealt with was skilled, professional and efficient. Overall, we could not be happier with our Floormax experience.

My husband and I were seeking assistance to renovate our kitchen/bathroom. Stacey Alas-Rogue, Floormax store manager at the Aspen Hill location, provided helpful and insightful suggestions that resulted in the completed project exceeding our expectations. Simple touches such as the addition of crown molding and pendant/recessed lighting added a very modern look to our 30 year old kitchen and bathroom. Her interactions with a number of vendors/contractors simplified the acquisition of materials and labor. My husband and I were pleased with the overall project.

I had all of my carpet replaced with engineered hardwood floors. The price was reasonable and the options for flooring were great. The installers were very professional and neat. They arrived right on time at our scheduled time. I couldn’t be happier. Great value, service, and professionalism.

Masoud was very pleasant and courteous. The job only took 1 day for the workers to remove the carpet from our entire place & replace it with hardwood floors. They were very professional and did a Great Job!! We love our new floors! It feels like a brand new house!! We would highly recommend this company.
