My project was a small investment home in Ft Valley, rental to be specific. It had original hardwood flooring that was 40+ years old and in some places, stick on tile on top. To put it mildly, it took a LOT of imagination to see the beauty of a finished project! Oh, and it had a (big)plywood patch in one of the bedrooms and hallway. When Rich came to do his estimate his first words were "what a beautiful floor this can be. We'll take out the plywood and reweave with new flooring, fix these couple of boards etc." Having been in business ourselves for over 27 years, my wife and i were immediately aware that we were dealing with a professional who was made of "the right stuff." He was punctual (on all levels, start to finish), positive attitude, and made good on his promise of his guarantee of quality work and that we would be satisfied. Unfortunately for Rich, there was an area in the kitchen that stood out like the old sore thumb. Now, I have seen worse and we were going to let it go but Rich would have no part of it. His words? "Listen, I Want to take care of it. Please let me." How many times have you heard that in a service industry? We came to a compromise wherein we furnished the boards and he furnished labor and incidentals. His bottom line was compromised and for that, we are saddened, our faith in honest trustworthy and Godly people was restored to level not felt in years and FOR THAT, we are delighted. in closing, all of the construction debris on his part was removed from the site upon completion and to Rich, Brandy and all of his crew thanks for a job well done! The first week in May Floor Pro installed ceramic tile flooring in my large kitchen area (400 sq feet) and re-carpeted the entire house. After the initial consultation and quote I went entirely with their advice as to material and colors. The work was completed swiftly at the time promised and looks great. The total cost was much lower than I expected. Brandy was particularly helpful in picking exact colors and I'm glad I went with her selections. Workmen were courteous and cleanup was complete. I would definitely contract with them in the future.

Floor Pro South came to my house and measured my bedrooms to have new carpet installed. While there, Rich was very helpful with providing information to me and answering all of my questions. I also had him look at my bathrooms as I was thinking about putting tile down in them. Floor Pro South installed new pad and carpet in my 3 bedrooms and cut the old carpet out to my dimensions that I wanted to keep. Very professional and good job on it. Also, had them put tile in my 2 bathrooms. Came out wonderful!
