There are a lot of floor choices and I am a bit indecisive. The salesperson Carmen was very helpful in assisting me to make a decision. Besides that, she is so nice. Go see Carmen. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic job Adam !!!! Your team uncovered a forgotten red oak hardwood under carpet. These guys are the BEST. They were on time and went right to work. Their work was flawless and went above and beyond anything I've ever seen before!! Floors were sanded and refinished to "furniture grade" finish. We are so impressed and grateful to Adam, Heidi in the office, and the on-site, professionally trained refinishers. The quality of the work, start to finish, is the best around and his pricing was very reasonable. We got several estimates before deciding to go with Floors by the Shore. we made the right choice. I have known Adam and Floors By the Shore for a very long time as he has worked on two of my commercial buildings that I managed and he has also worked on two on my personal residents. So when we had a sewer back-up incident in our basement rec room in our home I called Adam to access replacing our carpet, Adam gave use wonderful information and guidance of what could be done and last week Floors by the Shore just finished a complete basement flooring project for us. They were so patient and helpful with us as we struggled over materials and color. However, in the end when the project was complete WOW! My wife was ecstatic with the way the basement looks. Floors by the Shore do excellent work! Each day of the project they left the house spotless. The crews were personable and outstanding workers. With the pandemic issues they wore their masks and were ever mindful of our concerns. I highly recommend Floors By The Shore for all your flooring needs. You will not be disappointed.

It's safe to say Floors by the Shore has been fully tested with three unique situations just over the past two years for my family. -Uncovered and solved challenges for a new floor installation required after a basement flood and recommended new flooring that would withstand future water damage. (Coretec Flooring) - Saved cost to replace a kitchen laminate floor by cleaning/buffing it to looking like new and quickly expedited the replacement of a bedroom floor. - Took special care to refurbish - sand, replace planks and stain - of a 2,000 square foot deck that survived Superstorm Sandy but needed lots of work years later. We HIGHLY recommend Floors By The Shore for any type of flooring needs. They provided “whole-house” hardwood flooring for our newly constructed home near the ocean. There are a myriad of decisions to make in selecting wood flooring including species, mill, width, length, finish, etc. Adam and Laura were extraordinarily helpful and patient in answering our numerous questions and, in making recommendations, took into consideration our location, floor plan, house style and interest in using an environmentally friendly product. The installation team of Rolando and Henry was first rate with tremendous attention to every detail and taking pride in the outcome as if it were their own home. Their craftsmanship is superb with Adam overseeing the project every day. We ultimately selected an Allegheny Mountain live-sawn white oak product with 6” widths, lengths up to 12’ and finished the floor with Bona NordicSeal sealer and Bona Traffic HD extra matte water-based polyurethane. We could not be more pleased with the outcome – it is absolutely beautiful . Adam, Laura and the entire team were extremely pleasant to work with and made a challenging process quite seamless.

Adam and his crew are amazing...including everyone back at the shop! We purchased an old home with a lot of flooring issues. Floors by the Shore not only did a brilliant job laying down new floors, but also refinishing the old ones. And they did it on a tight timeline so we could move in on schedule. Nothing but praise here!

I manage a condo unit in Asbury Park where extensive damage had been caused by negligent plumbing work done on the radiators, water and steam damage destroyed all the hardwood floors. I hired Floors By The Shore who did a great job at getting the condo back in shape. There was also a tenant in the unit who had concerns about any work being done in the unit as many of her belongings had been damaged by the plumbing work. Floors By The Shore was great in making her comfortable. On top of that, Floors by the shore recommended a painting company that also did a great job, and they handled the scheduling of everything. Floors By The Shore provided the highest quality work, and helped minimize the stress of the whole process, I highly recommend them and will utilize their services in the future.
