My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Josie Fratantoni, Owner & CEO of Fratantoni Interior Designers, and Tori Martinico, Interior Designer, guided me both professionally and seamlessly throughout the entire build to suit interior design project of my new home in Scottsdale. I felt comfortable at all phases of the design process. The finishes and selections presented were skillfully and thoughtfully chosen for my specific style and tastes. My new home is absolutely stunning! I am truly blessed to have worked with such an exceptional company as Fratantoni Interior Designers. Not only did they bring my vision to life, I was treated with unequaled kindness and consideration. Since hiring The Fratantoni Interior Deisgner team to decorate my house, I have gotten nothing but wonderful compliments when I have guests over. All the pieces are either custom or extremely unique to make my home special. They have transformed where I live into a dream--I couldn't be more happy with my decision! I recommend the entire Fratantoni team to anyone that needs ANYTHING done with their home, inside or out!

Recently Josie updated our main living space. I got so much more of a transformation than expected. Josie has an incredible eye for architecture and decor. When she is able to put the two together, the results are stunning. She is a designing genius indeed but also so pleasant to work with!! As busy as she is, she still makes you feel your project is the priority. Wonderful experience working with Fratantoni and looking forward to our next project!

My husband and I built our dream home with Fratantoni Luxury Estates and had Josie provide the interior design thru her company, Fratantoni Interior Designers. I can't tell you how pleased with are with the beautiful results and with the service we received. The amount of attention Sam and Josie gave us was incredible and it shows in the end result. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Frantantoni Interior Designers and Fratantoni Luxury Estates for your building and decorating needs.

I have been working with Josie Fratantoni for more than a year now on the dream home my husband and I are building in Arizona. The Fratantoni approach is to have the architectural, building and design team in on the project from the very beginning, which means that Josie has been an integral part of the layout and elevations as well as the interiors. No detail is too small or insignificant for Josie to devote her considerable energies to and even though she has many clients, we usually feel as though we are her only concern. Josie's taste incorporates a lifetime of passion for design, and she is always interested in trying something new. No cookie cutter approach to anything. I highly recommend Fratantoni Interior Designs.
