Rogue Valley Door

Beware of ordering from this company. We ordered a Rogue Valley door through a local mom and pop door company. The door we ordered was from their Urban category but what we got was a door not even pictured in their catalog. Apparently you have to not only order the door by product number but you have to specify the sticking or you get something completely different than what was shown to you. Rogue Valley would not work with us or the door company and the door company ate the entire cost. We reordered and 3 months later we still don't have a front door. I just find it ridiculous that the they show you pictures of a door but the product number has nothing to do with that door. Below you can see the difference in the door style. The first picture is what is shown on their website and in their catalogue. We ordered that door, but in mahogany.
