We recently used Full Service Corp for a renovation project at our home and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. They showed up on time every single day and always left the workspace clean and tidy, which made living through a renovation so much easier. Communication was excellent — they kept us informed on progress every step of the way, so we never felt out of the loop. Their space planning was outstanding: they helped us reimagine an unused lanai off the master bedroom and turned it into a beautiful new master bathroom plus a half cabana bath. It’s added real value to our home and given us so much more usable space than we originally envisioned. The finish options they offered were high-quality, and they were incredibly flexible whenever we wanted to make changes or try new ideas along the way. Inevitably a few unexpected issues came up during the project, but they handled everything themselves — I never had to scramble to find another vendor or manage extra stress on my end. f Full Service was the choice i made to rebuild the mirror structure in my equestrian arena. There had been an installation issue from 2 previous contractors which caused the structure to warp and the mirrors to crack and ultimately break. Ariel came out to look at the job, something he had never done before and accepted the challenge. I know that he put so much thought and care into the design and voila, in less than two weeks we had a beautiful new wall of mirrors. The same crew from our roof remodel here at the farm was here and they knew how important it was that not a single screw or nail was left behind, as well as being open to stopping for a while so we could work the horses. They even recycled some of the old materials which made me happy. A more wonderful experience could not be had and i recommend this company wholeheartedly!

He has been extremely attentive and communicative with us, and visited our house every day to check in on the status and his team. I researched companies to take on my remodeling kitchen project to open it up by removing a load bearing wall. After much research and visiting companies I found Full Service Corp, which turned out to be the best of the best. I spoke with Ariel and he listened to what we wanted. He listened to my concerns on removal of a load bearing wall and his design expertise came in to play. Ariel is reliable and communicating and understanding and listening to what I wanted. If I had any questions Ariel responded immediately if he was not at my home checking on everything. His employees arrived early and cleaned up every day. I had a brand new kitchen in 3 months. It was with some trepidation when we made the commitment to remodel our entire house. Have always heard the nightmare of stories of sporadic appearances by workers, disputes between contractors, delays, delays, delays. We found Full Service here and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Ariel had our trust as soon as we met him. He was able to help us visualize the big picture from the start. He's not just a general contractor but in so many ways a designer. My wife and I were unsure of exactly what we wanted on a few details. He's very decisive and always led us in the right direction. Unexpected things can come up in the process. He always thought of a cost effective way to work through it. A smart, creative man. Our house was built in 1988 and we did nothing to it since we bought it in 2001. It was time for a full remodel! You would expect the work to to require at least 6 months. The entire structure was finished in a little more than 3 months! Workers were arrived by 7:45 every weekday morning working diligently (and politely!) all day. No issues with materials coming on time. Full Service is an accurate name for the company because they do it all and to me this is the way to go. No worries about disputes between subcontractors regarding one being delayed which causes the next to be delayed, etc. Those variables are eliminated with Full Service. The buck always stops with them. The work performed was outstanding. Our house is beautiful. Wonderful quality at a really good value. Ecstatic with what basically has become a new home. Ariel, Lucas and Debbie - the entire family at the core of Full Service are stars. Incredibly efficient, great communicators, punctual, always there. Anytime we called or texted (sometimes after hours) the call was answered, text or call returned immediately. Absolutely quality people who we consider friends at this point. Couldn't recommend the company any higher. The biggest cash outlay we've ever made and we're so happy with our decision to go with Full Service Corp.

I needed a water heater upgraded in my house in a very short time. Ariel from full service USA came out looked at the water heater. Gave me two options either go tankless or to use in a regular water heater again. He explained the pros and cons of both answered all my questions. He installed it on time as he said he would. His crew was professional cleaned up after themselves. I was able to get the new water heater in by the deadline.

I recently worked with Ariel from Full Service and he helped us remodel my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project. I first hired this company in 2016. Over the years they have worked with me doing complete renovations as well as upgrades. They are always professional and their work is top notch. Debbie was so easy to work with - she made our kitchen countertop project painless. She was extremely patient, as just after we ordered our quartz slab, we had to delay the project for a few months. They even did the installation while we were out of town - with constant communication and pictures and everything looks beautiful! And a very important bonus - their prices were lower than everywhere else we looked. We couldn't be happier. So if you're looking for countertops - do yourself a favor and check them out. Full Service USA is the BEST! We have used other contractors and had nightmares. The quality of the work is without comparison. Workers showed up every day (which, sadly to say in South Florida, is not all that common) and we saw daily progress. Our entire house was renovated and they finished the job two weeks early. The workers were completely respectful of our home. The house, post renovation, looks amazing. After the walk-though, any minor item we identified was quickly corrected. I would recommend Full Service USA to everyone! Quality and personal service are fantastic.

We just had Full Service USA install new quartz counter tops in our kitchen. The entire job was seamlessly and professionally done. They had a full line of samples to choose from, all the employees, from ownership and back office, to our installers we courteous and knowledgeable. Our kitchen remodel morphed into a full blown home renovation, with the help and guidance of Ariel. Not only are you getting a general contractor, but a designer as well. He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. I did do a lot of legwork, picking out fixtures and hardware, but that was my choice. He has a full selection of materials at his office and has worked with most of the products out there, from low to high-end. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. He is timely, his crews are timely, and both are a pleasure be around. Yes, there was a mess here and there, but it’s CONSTRUCTION! All in all, they were very tidy and cleaned up each day. An important factor with any working relationship, construction or otherwise, is communication. Ariel communicated and recapped progress and upcoming needs each and every day. He is extremely organized and his work ethic is impeccable. This translates to his teams of workers who have been with him for many years. I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. Be clear with your vision, style, materials you like (and DONT like), and it will be a great experience. Again, this should be practiced in all aspects of business, not just construction! I remodeled my house with Full service Corp last year. The project was to re-do the entire kitchen, master bathroom, family room, office and laundry room. I quoted with 5 different companies and from the beginning I liked the way the quote was prepared. It had detailed information with breakdown of costs, what was included or not, etc. He wasn't the cheapest neither the most expensive, but fair. From the first appointment until the end of the project, Ariel and his team was very committed and punctual. The communication was excellent, always providing me with updates in advance, asking and replying questions right away, and exchanging ideas. He would make suggestions and show me better ways to do certain things that would help me save money or to have a better look/functionality. He was reasonable to listen when we had different opinions or action plans, and also showed flexibility to find a solution when something didnt turn out the way it was supposed to be. I am very happy of the outcome of the project, and I highly recommend Ariel and FullService if you are looking for a contractor. You will be in good hands with Ariel and his team.

I was looking for a higher end contractor for quality work. I relied on previous reviews to call Full Service. Ariel came to my home and as I described to him what I wanted, he casually said that he would install the 2 additional medicine cabinets I was buying separately at no charge at the same time that he installed the one that he was creating for me. I thought it was a nice gesture and figured that although his prices are exorbitant, he was going to go the extra mile, so I chose to use him. He later denied ever saying that 1. There was an electrical box that needed to be dealt with from old sconce. He said he would cover it up with a metal plate. What? After I am paying all this money, you think I would really want an ugly metal plate in the middle of my brand new wall? He suggested no other option. So I called my electrician who came and rewired everything (so as to not need the metal plate) so that it was completely set up for Ariel's team, including entire bathroom wiring; all they had to do was install. Not sure why Ariel did not give me an option without metal plate in the middle of my wall, I had to call someone else, after all I was paying top dollar. 2. I told him that I wanted one sconce next to my vanity mirror, its a small space so I could see that 2 wouldn't fit. He suggested that I do one one each side of the mirror which I said I didn’t think would fit. He assured me they would, without even measuring first. After the bases were installed, it only left me 14 inches for a vanity mirror (there is no vanity mirror that small) So I had to have him remove the bases and cover them up with dry wall. Not only did he want me to still pay for that (the sconces my electrician wired) accused me of holding up the project (for his mistake??) 3. Shower tile: I was not aware that it was necessary to use metal strips (schluter) at the borders of porcelain tile. Upon installation I was shocked to see them start to put metal strips around the exterior of the shower, window, and niche. It gave it a very modern look, which is not what I wanted and changed the entire look of what I had envisioned. The men installing the tile called him to tell him that I did not want schluter around my tile, Ariel yelled, yes, YELLED at me that "You always need schluter around porcelain tile!! If you wanted something different you should have told me from the beginning !! This is industry standard!!" How would I know what industry standard is? This absolutely should have been discussed at the beginning. I then had to change the color of my vanity, Because L the schluter changed the look from transitional to modern. Again, I was accused of holding up the project. On top of all of that, the grout is already cracking in several places and it’s only been 2 weeks!!! 4. I was supposed to have 5 recessed lights, but they only put 4. I asked for $150 credit (charge per light) He YELLED at me again that I should still pay since they had to remove the sconces (his mistake). He YELLED over me condescendingly "Fine! Fine! The customer is always right, right??” 4 I went into detail for seat for my disabled father to sit in the shower (he has a broken back and shattered pelvis). The seat was supposed to be 22 inches, and they made it 21. I told him that would not work, that it had to be ATLEAST 22 for my father. It was remade and immediately tiled over. I was assured it was 22 inches. Still to short!l At that point I asked for a credit. He scoffed at me that I would want a credit for an inch. He yelled at me "I’ve never had to work like this!” and "can't believe I wanted a credit for that" (only $100). Measurements are his business! 5. There was a payment due when the vanity was delivered. It's only 25 inches and for $2000 it had better be perfect right? Well the countertop is stained and vanity was put together with a bottom piece sticking out exposing an unfinished edge. I would not remit payment until issues were fixed. I got another call from Ariel YELLING at me again!! That my payment was due and they would fix those problems later! Well no, if you want me to submit payment for something it has to be done correctly, especially at that price! He told me that he was going to get the project finished no matter what the following day so that they did not have to come back and he wanted both the final payments then and then argued with me about how much he was going to charge me for the 2 medicine cabinets that they had created openings for but had not installed yet (the ones that he originally told me that he would not charge for). His guy came the following day to finish, I was sent a picture of the side of the counter top from far away, where it had looked like the stain was buffed out of the quartz, but sure enough, the stain is still there. The vanity piece that was sticking out too far with the unfinished edge showing was only painted, instead of repairing/cutting like it should have been done. The opening for the medicine cabinet over the toilet is off center and now when that medicine cabinet is delivered, I will have to pay someone else to fix it. I have many pictures, unfortunately this review platform will only let me chose a couple. The painting is poor, the grout that was just done is cracking in several places, my $2000 vanity is put together poorly and stained, the plastering is poor. I am so upset I spent that much money

When I started this project some years ago, I reached out to a few contractors that I found online. Some didnt answer at all and some took weeks to answer. Ariel was always the first one to get back to me no matter what question I had. That being said, I decided to work with Ariel and Full Service Corp. From the first contact, Ariel (and the team) has been as responsive as someone can be. The very few times that Ariel wasnt available when I called, he called me back immediately. Communication, among other factors, is crucial in such a long-term "relationship" and Ariel excelled and so did the entire team. No matter if you do a renovation or a new house construction, at some point you will run into unwanted suprises and unforeseen cirumstances. Ariel has always been very proactive in finding solutions and coming up with different ideas, not just executing existing and approved plans. He has given great advice and saved me many headaches, time and money. Ariel is more than a "standard" contractor that just executes according to the plans. He never shied away from walking the extra mile, on the contrary, he proactively suggested other options to satisfy me, a demanding, "pain-in-the-axx" client, which I probably could be called. Full Service did a great job from the beginning to the end, from submitting the plans for permitting, project coordination and execution, time management and general planning and always with flexibility for (last minute) changes. And, we made plenty of them! Ariel has always been at the jobsite for quality control and suggested or proactively made many improvements that I wouldnt have thought of. He is probably one of the most punctual persons I have ever met. Full Service Corp did an outstanding, high quality rough work with a great eye for detail when it comes to the nitty and gritty details inside that take lots of time. Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work.

Full Service USA was the perfect choice for my family’s 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse total remodel. And I mean total. From the new roof to the floors and everything in between. Walls, kitchen and bathrooms, everything was gutted, so I needed a general contractor that could do it all and relieve the stress from a project like this from me. Ariel and his team were a godsend. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and organized. He made suggestions when I had questions that put me at ease and made me confident about the outcome. Overall my kitchen remodel looks good. It's the finer details that are disappointing . The grout work for the backsplash was done poorly. Big chunks of grout in the corners, looks sloppy. The flooring wasn't reinstalled properly and now it dips. The cabinets are already starting to chip. The grout work was brought to the attention to Ariel but was never fixed. He never came out and saw the finished product or addressed some issues we had. We felt towards the end of the project they were rushing.

Last year we hired Full Service Corp to remodel our bathrooms. Ariel and his team were professional, honest and did quality work in a timely fashion. It was so refreshing after working with so many unprofessional contractors in our area. Recently he handled a plumbing leak and the necessary cosmetic repairs that went along with it. We will definitely be calling him again for our future remodels and recommend him for all your construction needs-big or small.

5.0 star rating 11/8/2019 We purchased a condo in Hollywood, FL. We hired what we thought was a licensed contractor. He wasn't. The job was supposed to take about 3 months. After many excuses and a lot more than 3 months we fired this contractor. We then hired Ariel and Full Service. Ariel had to correct all the electrical work that the original contractor had done incorrectly and all the other incorrect work that our original contractor had done. Ariel kept in touch with us throughout the whole process (we live in New York). All the work he did had permits and all the permits were approved the first time they were inspected, unlike our original contractor who failed the permitting process on numerous occasions. We had no idea of what to expext from the initial consultation and Ariel made it easy for us to understand the nature what it takes to get the job completed and saw our vision of what we were looking to accomplish. With an estimated completion time of 3 months, his team was able to complete in half the time. He kept us informed of challenges throughout the entire process and offerred solutions as needed. We couldnt be more impressed with the results and would highy reccomend to anyone needing a home remodel.

Totally unprofesional. Looks legit but the work is completely shabby at best. Left a totaly crooked wall in our apartment and now we have to re do his work at a 25k cost. Uses the cheapest materials in market, we had to replace all elevricalmoutlets, light fixtures, door handles, door fixtures. We feel completely scammed. Terrible mill work.

Luckily we were able to find the color we were looking for and advised Full Service and the process began to get an estimate and set up a date to have the project completed. One has to be very careful when selecting a contractor... and then you never know until they do the job. We needed a kitchen remodeled and selected Ariel after interviewing about 5 different companies. This turned out to be the right choice. Hiring a contractor can be a very stressful process. I have heard many horror stories of contractors who have either done sloppy work or have ran off with the homeowners money. My wife and I had several contractors come over to give us an estimate on a major renovation(new flooring, kitchen ceiling and bathroom) and we liked the ideas and energy we got from Ariel. It was a 4 month job from start to finish just as he had said. We were pleased with the workmanship and he did his best to make us 100% satisfied. He is very punctual which I like a lot. Ariel is a man of his word and did everything he promised. We are very pleased with the end result. Hiring Full Service was the smartest decision we could have made. Having had issues in the past with other contractors, we can say this was a wonderful experience. Even though there were issues during the demolition phase of the project (required new plumbing due to defective pipes originally installed by builder) Ariel was fair and honest on the additional costs. Initially, I was really impressed with Ariel and Debbie but this relationship quickly soured. We had a lot of issues with our master bathroom remodel using Full Service USA and had to have a second contractor come in and completely redo everything (and I mean everything -- they even covered up a severe roof leak). We essentially had to pay double to have Full Service's work redone. Also, Ariel did not handle the termination professionally at all. We had to fight to get back our materials we paid for. I would avoid them at all costs.

Ariel and his team renovated my two bathrooms and a utility/laundry closet after I had a large leak caused by a shower pan crack. I loved that he assigned a dedicated crew to my project - I got to know the people coming in and out of my home and felt comfortable with them as opposed to constantly seeing new faces. Considering I had to move out during the process this was a major plus to me as trusting people inside your home for 3+ weeks is important. Ariel's team worked diligently and constantly, sometimes I wondered if they ever stopped to eat lunch because they never stopped - truly working to get the job done as efficiently as possible. I can't speak enough praise for Ariel as both a businessman and a person, he is a genuine, hardworking individual who deserves all the success he's earned. He is a great GC and I will hire him again without question. I uploaded two photos, a BEFORE and AFTER. Full Service completely remodeled my bathroom. They removed a tub and installed a walkin shower, a new vanity, mirror, tile and toilet. The most surprising thing to my wife and was that Ariel himself was onsite almost every day of the project, regardless of holidays, weekends, or birthdays. When the project faced a setback due to unforeseen circumstances Ariel himself was there until midnight making it right so the time frame of the project would not be setback. His expertise and access to great quality supplies was also a big help for us as we decided the finishes throughout the house for each room. Throughout multiple change orders and additions to the renovation Ariel kept us on track and consistently up to date on the budget, there was not an unexpected cost at the completion of the project.

Full Service was the ultimate in professionalism and high quality. They took great care with our marble slab and made us two beautiful niche shelves and two end tables. The end tables with marble tops came out great, with nicely sculpted aluminum bases. Also, I'd like to compliment their installers, who paid attention to all the details, including a final clean-up and polishing.
