GAF Roofing

Had a new roof installed June 2021. Since this was a warranty installation GAF hired and contracted the roofers directly. During the roof installation the roofer left large openings exposed for two days and nights. On the second night heavy thunderstorms flooded the home causing extensive damage. Unfortunately the roofers insurance policy that GAF hired excluded roofing so their insurance was of no help. I asked GAF to step in and help. But after delaying me and my family for months their offer is way less than actual repair cost and expenses. This is even after we sent them repair estimate from two separate companies. Also note that the roof has many installation issues as noted by a third party roofer I had too hire to inspect. Issues are too numerous to list here but include missing starter shingles, rake edge felt not under metal, missing ridge caps, sloppy work, etc. Not something you would expect from a GAF Master Elite roofer. My family and I have suffered immensely because these events.

We have been so happy with all our purchases with GAF. We will continue to use them! They have some many styles and colors to choose from.

While the dimensional shingles look great, they also have a wide variety of premium shingles which can really make a house stand out.
