About Us

Gayle M. Gruenberg, CPO-CD®, CVPO™ Chief Executive Organizer, Let’s Get Organized, LLC Creator of the Make Space for Blessings system Since founding LGO in 2003, after several years as a Certified Public Accountant, Gayle and her team have changed the lives of over 450 clients by helping them create and maintain organizing systems. They know that the state of someone’s physical space is just the manifestation of what is going on inside a person’s heart and head. The LGO brand creates a safe space for clients to feel comfortable allowing a “stranger” into their homes and offices and to “touch their stuff.” Through the Make Space for Blessings system, Gayle and her team bring love, acceptance, trust, greatly increased productivity, and strong core values to every engagement. Gayle is a Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization (CPO-CD®) through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, one of only three (3) CPO-CDs® in New Jersey and 80 CPO-CDs® in the world. She is a Specialist in ADHD and Aging and an international speaker on Chronic Disorganization. Gayle is a Certified Virtual Organizer and an Organizer-Coach. Gayle is the organizing expert with the lifestyle brand Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life, where she is featured on the Conversations with Joan show on New York’s AM 970 and iHeartRadio, and authors a monthly article in the brand’s 24/7 Magazine. Gayle speaks about Chronic Disorganization internationally and is frequently quoted in publications and online media when an organizing expert is needed. Since starting Let’s Get Organized, Gayle has been an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), including founding and serving as 3-term president of the Northern New Jersey chapter, and a serial leader with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. Let’s Get Organized was voted the #1 Professional Organizing firm in Bergen County in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2020; Best in Bergen 2017 and 2018; and The Jewish Standard’s #1 Readers’ Choice of Professional Organizer 2021.

Gayle has an incredible way about her. She’s able to see past the clutter and get to know you for who you are. She’s extremely patient and listens. Gayle is not pushy and works with you on your own time at your own pace.

Stop searching! You've found your professional organizer in Let's Get Organized! We hired Gayle to help us organize our business after we moved. Boxes and boxes of you name it.… a huge job. With the skill and deftness a symphony orchestra conductor, Gayle organized everything very quickly. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but the advice she gave us to move from that point was extremely valuable. We are a much more organized and efficient company thanks to Gayle... To describe Gayle and her company as organizers is accurate, surely, but not adequate. We hired Gayle to help us plan the move from our 45-year home. Gayle listened to our memories and stories, and she respected our family's values. As we deconstructed the kitchen and dining room, she never urged me to discard what I cherish. Decisions were mine to make, but her presence encouraged me to clarify my values. I felt supported, not pushed. She also was hands-on, wrapping dishes, buying packing materials, running things up and down stairs, packing books, tidying areas that had gotten cluttered, and researching the monetary value of items. And we had fun together! She's a very enjoyable person. My husband says she's practical and productive. I say she's an angel who helped me move from where we are to where we're going. Hurray, Gayle!

Gayle Gruenberg approaches every organizing job with a fresh take and tremendous enthusiasm. She supports her clients through the process, shows them easy ways to keep their papers and items organized, and leaves each space looking brand new! Gayle is especially good at working with older people who have a lot of barriers up around their "stuff" and want to safeguard everything for posterity. She treats them with compassion and good humor, with wonderful results. For those with hoarding tendencies or true hoarders, Gayle is actually certified to work with them and understands the underlying issues around hoarding. Not an easy task but as with everything, she takes on the challenge in a very positive way.
