We chose Go With a Pro for a complete renovation of the top floor of our house. We had completed several renovations in the past, but this one was, by far, the best experience overall. Scott, Brad and team were very professional. Their attention to all details from the planning phase, staging of work, design suggestions and constant communication were beyond all expectations. The work was top notch, on time and within estimates.

Scott and his team did a great job fixing two pocket doors in my basement that were constantly breaking. Scott was quick to respond, and proposed a permanent solution that addressed the issue once and for all. He and his team completed the work efficiently, and the final result is impeccable. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend.

Scott and Brad of Gilbert & Cunningham Property Services did an amazing job of renovating our kitchen. They were the ultimate perfectionists, making sure that everything was done to a very high standard. They flagged areas that needed additional work in order to make sure that the job was excellent. For example, they noted that our subfloor was poor quality (chip-board) and recommended replacement with a better quality plywood floor to avoid squeeks when we walked. Although this added some costs, it improved the final quality of the kitchen floor and was appreciated. They also were very careful not to leave too much mess and debris at the end of each day's work and to avoid dirt on areas adjacent to the kitchen. They were very hard working and kept us informed of the work schedule, and we would without reservation recommend them for kitchen renovation, or any home renovation work. We are 150% satisfied with the job that they did, and are planning to work with them on another project to renovate a bathroom in our house. Highly recommended!

We had our kitchen and ensuite renovated by Gilbert & Cunningham over the summer of 2016 and absolutely love the finished product. Our home is 30 years old and we were worried that they would find problems after they did the demo, but it went great and stayed in budget and thanks to Scott, Brad and Scottie we have exactly what we wanted! It took a few weeks longer than we thought, but it was worth the wait. Thanks so much!

Hire them if you want no worries, high trust, and perfect aesthetic completion! So happy we crossed paths with Scott Cunningham. His product knowledge and advice were amazing, he was extremely communicative from general questions to placement for installs, and he made great contributions to the overall design architecture and aesthetics!!! It got to the point where he knew our style and we knew he'd not compromise - indeed, his desire for quality standards resulted in him ensuring that sub contractors did the same and were held accountable. While timelines weren't what we (likely unrealistically) expected - like on TV - we were focused on the quality and Scott delivered higher than expected!!! Overall: high quality and you can trust that he will deliver, contribute, and be communicative and respectful! Great work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

We were facing lots of questions and uncertainties in exploring our main bathroom renovation and were fortunate to have discovered Scott and to have received his professional guidance and workmanship. Scott was open to our various suggestions and requests but he offered other excellent ideas/alternatives and was extremely helpful in the planning process. We settled on a complete bathroom demolition/renovation which included replacing the tub with a curbless glassed walk-in shower with linear drain. The heated tile floor is a real treat and it extends into the shower. The rainhead centred in the shower is delightful All light fixtures and ceiling fan are in new improved locations. A smaller door was required and beautifully installed. Scott and Brad are detail oriented which we appreciated from the outset and throughout our project. Priced on budget with a beautiful outcome. Very highly recommended.

I can't recommend Scott and his team of professionals enough. He recently completed a large renovation for us and was on time and on budget. He and his team are courteous and keep the site clean at all times. Scott is a great communicator and also a great problem solver. We will be using Scott to complete the second stage of our renovation and I can say that towards the end of the project they became more like family than anything else.
