Preferred Builders has been involved in remodeling and new home construction on our senior living campus for many years. Our most recent project started in 2014 and included home construction and design, along with streets and utility installation. This is a phased project, and we will continue to work with Preferred Builders on all aspects now and in future phases. Preferred Builders has been flexible with integrating customized options into our homes which we have appreciated. Their high quality work and timeliness with deadlines has been exceptional! The entire Preferred Builders crew is extremely courteous and professional. During the complete build of new houses for both my parents and my family, they worked very closely to meet our desires, and ultimately built a very high quality house that has had zero issues over the first 18 months.
