The work is excellent. We have used them for years including a new roof. No complaints there. However, office staff is rude, condescending, and overall needs some counseling to ensure the retention of customers. Not sure if I will use them in the future.

My husband and I searched for awhile for a roofing company we really felt comfortable with, after research, and meeting with DryHome, not only did they install a beautiful new roof, what at first was coming out of our pockets. They informed me of damages that were actually caused by weather and we got it for free! Only had to pay our deductible, And the new gutters because why not! Highly Recommend!

Extremely professional and polite. The crew headed by Chang got the job done in two days. Their craftsmanship was excellent. They promptly identified manufacturing defects in a couple of the windows and reinstalled them once they were received. Can't say enough about the overall experience with this company.
