We were new to the home building process, and GJ Gardner and their assoc were AWESOME. they explained each step and were very patient with all of our questions. From the Construction manager helping us pick our lot, to picking out our bathroom tile, these folks were on point. Their aftercare was and continues to great. We moved into our new home on schedule.

There are two types of builders in the world, those that are 100% involved & committed in building your dream home the way you envisioned & those that want to build it the way they priced it out to get the job. If I were to do it all over again, I would trust G.J. Gardner Homes Tulare County again to build my home. Some people think that G.J. Gardner Homes is more expensive than other custom home builders but what they don’t know, but end up finding out later, is that the price they end up paying when they go with other builders is the one quoted originally by G.J. Gardner Homes if not more. Irony? No!!! It’s simply that G.J. Gardner Homes does a lot of up front research before giving a quote all to make sure that they are proving their clients the most accurate quote. Thus looking out for their clients’ best interest in such an important purchase. G.J. Gardner Homes Tulare County has a solid team & a proven process/system in place that truly has the clients’ best interest at heart. How do I know that? I just went through the process myself & have seen many other happy clients go through it. If you are thinking about building, give G.J. Gardner Homes a shot at helping you. We had our new home built by GJ Gardner and we love it! The company is very friendly and professional. From Alex cellabos, the buyers agent to Cathy Moreno, the sellers agent to Malcom Dutch, owner/contractor. Everyone was quick to respond to questions and make us feel important. With their many options we felt that we had endless options when building our home. The quality of our home was exactly what we wanted.
