We did a plan with them and we paid them up front for it, we have been trying to tweak it with them and I cannot get them to contact me, I have left several emails and voice mails and have had zero response,, terrible customer service.

Goodman Creations, from start to finish, was a pleasure to work with in designing our home. All staff members were responsive, dependable, patient, kind, and professional. The virtual experience was a pleasure. It was fun to watch the skill of Hunter create anything we requested, and to hand the reigns over to Julia when we were stumped with designing ideas kept the creativity merging forward. They both had great listening skills. The cost compared to previous experiences was half! Kudos Goodman Creations!

Jeff Goodman and his architect Julia, were amazing to work with. That's the best word for our experience; amazing. We were confident in the style & layout of the home we wanted to build. Julia listened and let us lead while simultaneously guiding us down a better path. We took our time in choosing an architect because it has such a big impact on the building of our dream home. We are thankful we chose Goodman. Here are the best things about working with Goodman: Communication - every email was answered quickly we never had a situation where our call wasn't answered. Many of our decisions towards the end needed immediate action/response time and they never left us hanging Design/Attention to Detail - the design and layout were better than we could've imagined Timeliness/Responsiveness - they beat every deadline they committed to. Twice, we needed a last minute major change to the plans and they came to the rescue. Explanation - they did a great job of making sure we understood the decisions we were making and how one choice impacts another Value/ROI - the price was surprisingly affordable and the prints/materials were professional grade The Houzz app and 3D viewer made the process much more enjoyable. Can't wait to give them another project!

I hired Goodman Creations to redesign some existing plans I was working off of that I had purchased many years ago. The one requirement was that the changes had to stay within the boundaries of the existing outside floor perimeter. The Goodman team took my wants, needs, and wishes into consideration and together we came up with the plans that met all of my needs and more. The costs of their services were laid out up front and did not vary at all. In the end I was provided with printed and electronic plans plus a 3D web base walkthrough. They are a professional team and I would hire again. Thumbs up!

We selected Jeff to design our custom home after meeting with several recommended Architects. He worked with us to design a home that would fit our lifestyle and the neighborhood. He asked lots of questions and got to know us. We did several video walk-thrus so I could see exactly what the inside will look like when finished. We will start construction this month.
