Good Value Home Center

Ordered Waypoint bathroom vanity from Good Value Center in Texas. Took 10 weeks to arrive. Poor Waypoint craftsmanship from dovetail joints not glued properly (cabinet not square), crooked drawers, uneven and non-adjustable spacing between doors, three broken or missing rail clips. Ordered same cabinet a few years back and it was perfect. None of this was Good Value Center' fault. However, representatives (including owner, Michael Carson) were extremely unresponsive. I did get the rails replaced, but Good Value Center did nothing to solve the myriad of other problems. I sent plenty of photos to document the issues with my bath vanity. I got the same vanity a few years back and it was perfect. Contacted Waypoint's Partnership Team, but they will not do anything because of their contractual relationship with retailer.

The only delay was literally because of the holiday and them being so booked up from Harvey repairs. They had a professional come double measure our cabinets so the countertops would be perfect! They had a professional contractor and his skilled helper to do the installation and it looks awesome! The product quality is just as they advertised and very durable while looking modern for our newly updated house (Investment property). We will definitely hire them for future projects!

We've used the services of this company to redo the kitchen on two homes and wasnt disappointed either time. The beautiful rta cabinets were much easier to install than we expected....I love em!! Then we also contracted thru Good Value Home Center for installation of a granite countertop and subway tile backsplash. Wow! It all turned out beautiful and everyone we dealt with was so nice!

We decided to update our kitchen and we ended up going with Good Value Home Center in Silsbee. They were very professional, on time, great quality with work and materials. I love my new kitchen. I will use them again when we are ready to start our bathrooms. I highly recommend Good Value Home Center.

We were looking for something different for the right price. Mostly cabinet companies didn’t know how to design modern cabinets or they were way out of our budget. As soon as we met Elaine at Good value when knew we were in good hands. She drew up exactly what we wanted. It was right in budget and the timeline to get them in was better than expected. Great experience!

If broken cabinets, wrong ship dates and poor customer service are your thing this is the place to go. I had cabinets which had to be shipped three times before I got cabinets which weren't damaged. The ship dates were never correct. Some of the local carriers never notified me they were coming. It took 2 months to finally get the complete order assembled and part of that order I had to go to the local shipping terminal to pick up.on of the re-shipped orders to which Good Value promised a shipping cost refund which I still haven't seen and hold out little hope that I ever will. If you talk to 4 different people in customer service you will get 4 different answers as to what is going on with your order. The ONLY positive thing I can say about Good Value is they did replace the damage cabinets with no fuss. Just be prepared to wait for things to be reshipped several times to get enough good parts to assemble a whole cabinet.

I had kitchen cabinets installed by Good Value Home Center and they did a very good job at an amazing price! They were always on time and very professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
