It was clear from our first meeting that they take pride in their work and listen to the needs of their customers. Our job was extensive. We added square footage to our kitchen and built a master bedroom and bath addition. They listened carefully and helped us choose beautiful finishes that matched our style perfectly. They spent time thoughtfully considering the design and how to maximize the space. They also took the time to understand our long-term needs and prepared the space for future plans down the road. They treated the project as if it were their own home and quickly addressed any issues that arose. They were also able to reel us back in and keep us focused on the project and our budget. The communication was consistent and we were kept informed on what was happening on a daily bases. We met weekly in our home to get updates. We did not have to lift a finger with this project. Everything was brought to our home. Every sample down to paint color was brought to us and all we had to do was point to what we wanted. We are a busy family and didn’t have the time to shop around or even go online and look at choices and Joe and Stephanie did all the research for us. Everyone who walked into our busy kid and dog filled home was polite, courteous and trust worthy. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Stephanie. Stephanie and Joe redid our kitchen from top to bottom. Our old kitchen was very small with limited counter space along two walls. Stephanie was able to come up with a design that removed a wall and maximized the available space to fit an amount of countertop and cabinetry in that we never thought possible (all while maintaining and open, airy feel). Joe and his team measured and re-measured carefully and fit everything in perfectly. Stephanie and Joe also redid our screened in porch, which is connected to the kitchen, and relocated our back door to be able to expand the countertop/sink, and installed a gorgeous large window that looks out to the back porch. The amount of light and space is hard to believe! Most importantly, when you go with Grande Decor, Stephanie and Joe don't disappear when the job is done. They make it clear that they are there for you if there are any issues after the work is done, so you can count on them to make it right! Thank you!

Steph and Joe were so organized throughout the project that it helped us work and live through the major work. From start to finish, Grande Decor was superb in crafting a beautiful kitchen for us. Stephanie and Joe arrived at our home to survey the space to be remodeled and left with a vision to bring our 26 year old kitchen into the 21st century. Under their supervision, the craftsmen on the job clearly understood what needed to be done and coordinated each job so that everything was completed in the least amount of time. I have never seen more efficient and meticulous work. I would definitely want to use the plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter and tile person for any other projects I may have in the future. They were all pleasant and courteous. Stephanie went with me to pick out my granite slab and tile and made suggestions for coordinating the kitchen very carefully. She has an eye for perfection. Many hours were put in before the project even got started. I would definitely use Grande Decor again if I ever need a kitchen or bathroom remodel in the future. The project was worth every penny that Stephanie and Joe charged.
