From the first time I stepped foot into Green Acres showroom I was treated with outstanding service. Gus provided not only excellent service with coming to my home and listening to my desired requirements but he designed a landscaping that can only be described as "a park". He completed the project on time and he kept me informed visa text messages and weekly pictures since I was out of the country at the time. The neighbors commented on how clean the streets remained even with multi truck loads of dirt, stone, trees and mulch were delivered. Green Acres has done two landscaping projects for me for newly built houses that we had purchased. The first was in 2011. They did a great job. The project was on a steep slope and included extensive stone walls, brick pathways, brick patios and several planting areas. Green Acres (Constantine) did the project plan and cost estimate. He has a great talent for landscape design. Some of the top realtors remarked that they thought that the house had the best landscaping they have ever seen. The landscaping helped us when we put the house up for sale in 2014. The house sold in less than three days. I hired them again in July 2015 to do the landscaping on our newly built house. Constantine again designed the landscaping plan, which was for a hilltop location. The project involved extensive fill (15 truck loads), installation of planting beds surrounding the house, including a tree, shrubs, plants and decorative rock; over 11,000 sq feet of lawn; a 70-foot long rock wall retainer on the Cook Inlet/ocean bluff side of the house; a front entry with brick path and rock work; and a rock border along the driveway containing Seward decorative rock. Green Acres (Constantine) is very professional, responsible and has a great deal of knowledge. Many of the workers/employees have been with the company for years. They work hard and are very courteous and professional. They project was finished ahead of schedule and the cost was within the agreed-upon plan and budget.

Gus and his crew do amazing work! We had a fairly difficult sloping one acre lot with no idea of what to do with it. Gus came over and had drawings within a couple of days. The final result was more than I could imagine. We now have terraces patios and fabulous walkways. They built a pizza oven into the stone wall. It is perfect! The crew is extremely hard working and great to work with. We consider their work to be one of the best investments for our new home.

Masters at hardscape, waterscape (waterfalls / ponds), rock walls, fire pitts, and large trees etc. Hardscape / Waterscape: Everything Gus and his guys touch turns out fantastically better than you could ever imagine. This is a world class operation with the right experience and the right equipment. Our project was done efficiently, we were kept informed of the progress and key decisions along the way and add-ons were clearly priced. What we were left with was a landscape beyond our wildest dreams. GreenAcres transformed our yard and our outdoor living experience from blah to amazing. Everyone who sees it knowns its something special. Landscape Maintenance: After having the team overhaul our yard we realized how much we were missing on the service side as well. We replaced our prior service company with the GreenAcres service team and what happened was equally amazing. No kids with mowers here! These guys are professionals. They regularly evaluate our grass and make recommendations for aeration, fertilization, etc throughout the summer and can do as much or as little as you choose. Other companies say they do that, these guys actually do. Overall prices are well explained. No surprises. Our grass went from dead to vibrant in four weeks. No more calling our old company to tell them their guys forgot to weed-whack again. GreenAcres has us covered.
