Five years ago, Granite State Cabinetry renovated our kitchen. We were so pleased with their work that we had no hesitation to work with them again to renovate our main bathroom. Once again, Granite State Cabinetry exceeded even our high expectations. From Sarah's introduction to the project, to Kelly's design, to Dave"s project management, to the installation of counters, cabinets, tile-work, painting, plumbing and electrical work, their expertise was evident. In addition, their personal attention to our needs was greatly appreciated, When problems arose, as they always do, GSC was always quick to respond. Dave, as project manager, was on-site nearly every day. We couldn't have been happier with the results from their work We only wish they also did screened porches.

Absolutely the highest rating for Granite State Cabinetry (GSC)!! If I could give more stars, I would. My wife and I have been discussing a major renovation of our Kitchen and Laundry Room (off the Kitchen) for a few years. We finally bit the bullet and decided to do it this year after researching and shopping. From the moment we walked into the Granite State Cabinetry showroom, we knew this was the best choice. From Sue Cannon who happened to be opening the store that day, to every member of their team, to all the various contractors (e.g. plumbers, carpenters, electricians, tile, etc.) they were all super easy to work with, professional and friendly. Having been in many situations with program management needs, GSC was more than top notch! Their plan from start to finish was logical; involved us and our schedule; and kept the whole project on time and budget. Kelly Ladd took what we chose for cabinets, floors, etc. and was able to design a Kitchen and Laundry Room that worked for us and was ideal for our needs. We were able to see, through the CAD program, what it would look like and make changes as needed. The design is exactly what the finished project looked like. If you are thinking about a new Kitchen, especially a major renovation, I strongly and highly recommend Granite State Cabinetry be your choice to do the job! The Kitchen is a center of any home and extremely critical, and our experience, while we thought it would be daunting, was made a lot easier because of GSC. We recently remodeled our kitchen and laundry/bathroom with Granite State Cabinetry. They transformed these rooms into functional and stylish spaces that we love. After attending a Masterclass presentation by Sue, we knew we wanted to work with Granite State Cabinetry. We came to realize they have a very experienced team of people that can take on a large renovation project from beginning to end and after meeting Dave, we had complete confidence the project would run smoothly. Kathleen, our designer, was incredibly helpful and patient. She carefully listened to our needs and offered creative suggestions, helping us visualize the potential of our space. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design process. Their employees and subcontractors are all highly skilled and very pleasant to work with, and we especially appreciate CJ and Dagan for their exceptional work installing the cabinetry and other carpentry projects. GSC’s commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. They were always available to answer questions and address any concerns. We highly recommend Granite State Cabinetry to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation.

I had no idea when walking into GSC that our entire living room/kitchen would be totally transformed into what it has become. We really thought we were just updating our kitchen, but it has been elevated to something I never could have imagined. I can't say enough about the ENTIRE team. From super sweet Sue who entertained our first inquiries, to the contractors who made Whitney's (kitchen designer) vision come to life. On that note, Whitney is hands down the most amazing designer. What she drew on paper turned into a masterpiece. This is truly an example of you get what you pay for. We can't thank GSC enough!!

I just can't say enough about the beautiful work that they do . Everything is done to perfection ! You never have to worry about having to redo anything because they make sure the work is flawless! The added bonus to your experience are the people that provide the services . From the owners , to the sales person , to the designer , to the rest of the whole team you are never going to meet nicer people to help your dream project come true. We can’t thank everyone at GSC enough for the experience we’ve had with your company! We’ve had 2 big projects that were very involved. Our first project was our kitchen and 1st floor remodel. We’re so happy with it! The design and functionality of our project really fit our lifestyle! The quality of the cabinets & craftsmanship are top notch! From start to finish, our project was an impressive feat of customer service, selection, & scheduling. The GSC team were always so accommodating! Sue educated & guided us through the process smoothly, Kathleen did a wonderful job accommodating our needs into her design, Pete always answers his phone when we had questions and he’s on top of all the building aspects of the project! Maryellen runs the schedule and stays in touch with communication! Dave installed our cabinetry- he is such a professional and so hard working! Even the delivery guys who are part of the GSC team who arrive at our home to drop off supplies were always so friendly! They have an amazing team. It was incredibly reassuring how every contractor they aligned us with, was trustworthy, kind and competent. We contracted with GSC a year later for our second project. This time we were targeting a big refresh to our 3 bathrooms. It was wonderful to reconnect with the same staff on this project who helped meet all our needs from our prior project. We also had building manager Dave, working with Pete to cover every aspect of this project! Whitney Nelson designed our bathrooms to meet all our needs and offered so many amazing style choices. The designs Whitney put together for us landed our bathrooms to be featured in NH Home Magazine! We are thrilled with our bathrooms they are the perfect balance between tranquility and functionality. Making the decision to gut our kitchen to the studs, redo the mudroom and move the laundry upstairs was not an easy one. We knew it would be expensive, time consuming, disruptive, and decided it was only worth it if we got the kitchen of our dreams. We met with several contractors and kitchen designers and knew it was GSC the minute they showed us proposals. Sue was fabulous and Jackie’s designs were thoughtful, she listened to what we wanted, and helped us make the best choices for us. Dave led the construction and took every bit of worry off our shoulders and on to his. Between Sue, Jackie, Dave, and Pete, our project was done ahead of schedule (minus the appliances), was better than we thought it would be and on top of that, we feel like we have some new friends that we say hi to when we run into each other around town! Follow up: love the kitchen so much, we went back to GSC to design and install a new master closet and are hoping to do a new master bath next year!

We were recommended to Granite State Cabinetry by our contractor and I’m so glad we were! Sue and Whitney were amazing to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, detail oriented, and deeply committed to customer satisfaction - even high maintenance customers like me! Their consultation process was so welcoming that they made us feel like we were their only clients. The design process was also flawless. I showed Whitney images of kitchens I coveted, and she nailed our design on the first try. Once the design was finalized, we worked with her to select products that were in our budget. Communication was great throughout the entire project, and they scheduled deliveries that were convenient for us. Whitney was also extremely responsive when we had a few imperfect cabinet pieces arrive and replaced them right away with no questions asked. Finally, their photography crew was respectful of our space and left our home as clean as they found it.

Granite State Cabinetry did an exceptional job on our kitchen renovation. The kitchen Jackie designed for us is functional and beautiful, I love to cook and spend time in it. Jackie was always responsive to our questions and it was clear that she cares about her projects. As the main construction project manager, Dave worked closely with all of the specialized crews and the attention to detail during construction was outstanding. When unforeseen things occurred during construction he quickly came up with good solutions that didn’t impact the schedule or change the cost. Sue was always available to help us through the process and she set reliable expectations about the project. The communication in the planning and construction was great, and questions we had were quickly answered. They delivered right on schedule and on the budget we agreed to, we would hire them again.

From start to finish, Granite State Cabinetry exceeded my expectations. I went in with a fairly good idea of what I wanted and kitchen designer Whitney Nelson added to my ideas, increasing storage and fine-tuning the look. The kitchen plan book gave me so much confidence in the process that I was actually relieved when the planning was done and work started. The work crew was congenial and considerate. Work proceeded on schedule and resulted in a working kitchen on the date planned. A few remaining details, plus some additional electrical work that I requested, were handled within the next couple of weeks. Excellent work by Granite State Cabinetry and their subcontractors!

We could not have asked for a better experience from the first visit until the completion of our home. The cabinets look amazing and everyone at GSC were not only very patient and personable, they helped us take our vision four our new kitchen and made it come to life. Thank you Kathleen and Susan!!

We can't say enough about our Granite State Cabinetry experience! From our initial design consultations through the finished kitchen renovation, the GSC team was the best, always guiding us through the process and making sure we were 100% happy with the finished results. Their team of craftsmen were always on-time, courteous and amazingly well coordinated. A special shout out to Whitney. Pete, Sue and MaryEllen for all their expert help and patience. We both worked from home during the entire renovation and everyone was very respectful of our schedule and space. Anytime we needed something done, they were there to take care of it.
