Built with Love & Passion Since 1977 At Granville, building homes has been our legacy but just as importantly is why we build. It is a demonstration of our experience, our principles, and how we believe our homeowners wish to live. We have built over 5000 homes in California's Central Valley spanning more than three decades. But what gives us an immense sense of fulfillment is knowing we provide hope to others by contributing to better schools, designing healthier communities, with a sincere commitment to social awareness and justice.
