The team is very attentive, and does not settle for anything less than perfection. Their team is equipped to do anything no matter how big or small. I worked with Mr Hamilton on a whole house renovation. He arranged for asbestos remediation, demolition of an unsafe addition, roof repair, plumbing, insulation, Sheetrock installation throughout the entire house, engineered wood floor installation, tiling, new trim, doors and painting. Throughout the project Mr Hamilton kept me informed and was available to answer my questions at any time. I found him to be honest and fair and I would definitely work with him again. I would recommend his services.

I needed a smoky chimney rebuilt, and Carl jumped in and made it work properly and it looks amazing also, I will definently use him again..

Carl did a great job on our bathroom addition. He was honest and fair with his price even though lumber prices went up significantly, there was no change in his original price. He was also very reasonable with the pricing of out of scope items we added as the project progressed. He took no short cuts and made sure things were done right. We are pleased with our new bathroom.

Buyer Beware - Carr-Hamilton Renovation Specialists over-promises and under-delivers. I looked very carefully for a company that could repair my mother-in-law garage after some termite damage. I read all of Carl Hamilton's information and experience and decided after a few conversations that we would contract them for the repairs. Carl assured us the job would take no longer than a couple of weeks. I understand that construction can sometimes take longer than you expect, but from the very start, I knew we were in trouble. The quote was only for the termite repair and to take the old garage door down, and build a new header, so another professional could come in and reinstall the garage door. The very first thing his crew did was take all the sheetrock down in the garage. This was not part of our estimate, and it wasn't even close to the termite damages area. My quote went from $2,500 to $4,000. I found out the hard way that Mr. Hamilton was not even on the job site and only showed up when there was a problem. The three-man crew he hired had very little contracting experience, and everything they did had to be redone multiple times. Their website talks about the Certification of Professional Builders. Carl Hamilton maybe, but his crew is definitely not. The garage door specialist had to come back multiple times because the header that the door mounts to was built incorrectly, and he couldn't install the door because of their poor workmanship. Carl finally instructed his crew on how properly build a garage door header to get the job completed. This project was started in mid-February and was completed in mid-April. I had to hold the check until the work was completed. They say, " Why Choose Carr-Hamilton for Your Home Renovation or Repair Project in Ocean Springs? " I say, they're right, keep looking.

Tom and I chose Carl to do a complete guest bath makeover and as you can see by the photos the results were wonderful! His crew installed one of the beautiful SanSpa walkin tubs, that he now represents, which we thoroughly enjoy! We selected him because he is such a reputable person and has built and developed many beautiful homes and subdivisions throughout the Gulf Coast. Our home is only four years old and we entrusted him with great confidence to fulfill our needs. We are now enlisting him to do an enclosure of our Carriage Porch and we are looking forward to working with him and his friend Oscar and his team during this project! Carl Hamilton is an exemplary builder, worker and a true professional gentleman. He had to extend my bathroom, install a walk-in tub and new cabinets, commodes and sinks. This was finished in fall 2014. I was extremely satisfied with Carl and his crew.

Mr. Hamilton saved me a good amount of money. I wanted a walk-in bathtub and he told me that my hot water heater was too small. He suggested a walk in shower. It worked out just fine thanks to Mr. Hamilton! I am very pleased and so is my family.

My husband and I hired Carl to build our house after meeting with him and realizing the amount of knowledge and experience he had in his field. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date on exactly what was going on. If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with immediately. Carl was always available to offer suggestions and discuss alternative ideas. We were given spread sheets showing where each penny was being spent and we were introduced to all of the subs who would be working on the house. Not only is Carl an exceptional contractor, his subs are just as good. We were amazed at the quality of the work done on our house. Our house is exceptional and we are very proud of it. Carl and his people made the whole experience easier than we ever thought it could be.

Walk-in tub installed. All work was done professionally and timely.. Would have no problem recommending Mr. Hamilton for any projects. Project finished when we were told it would be.and to the standards we were promised.

Carl was very professional and did a great job on all aspects of our construction project. This was our third project with Carl and we are looking forward to the fourth.
