Luis and his team did a great job on my home remodel. They communicated well were flexible with my schedule and work that I was doing around the house and even helped me out when I threw my back out to ensure I had things I needed.

I highly recommend this company for all home remodeling work.. I wanted to change the floor only to wood I ended up doing lot more because I liked their work.. I plan to hire this company again to do my bathrooms soon.

BUYER BEWARE!! Part of the renovations included putting down wood floors and during the process he hit a pipe and caused a slow leak. We noticed the floor damage over time and he refused to replace the floors that was damaged. All he wanted to do was re-sand and stain them despite the fact that water slow leaked over months and caused the floor to buckle. We decided to go with our insurance company because he would not repair it properly and could not show proof of insurance. During the repair process with the insurance company we asked him multiples times for the floor stain color combo and he ignored us... This forced us to have the entire home re stained to match the new stain color... With moving, painting touch ups and floor staining we were out of our home for 2 weeks!! 1. Most of the paint in the unseen places very sloppy. 2. Wood floors are already starting to squeak after 1 year. 3. Fan wobbling after 1 year. **Contractors come a dime a dozen- but the good ones are rare,,He is not a good one!!

Hamza Remodeling totally gutted and remodeled our master bath, from cabinets to Granite top, to painting, and a complete tile re-do on the floors and shower. all new fixtures were part of the project as well. This was the original bathroom from the 1980's when the home was built, so it was quite a job. The Hamza team was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful of our time and our home. Hamza left our home complete, and cleaned, and on schedule. The price was reasonable and I look forward to them re-doing our Kitchen and guest bathroom, hopefully in 2015! AAA+ for sure!

Luis, Miguel and all remodeled two bathrooms and a kitchen for us. They had great ideas and the quality of their work is second to none. Their work is standing the test of time, too. Everything looks new even though it has been more than a year since we started our first project. They control costs by using suppliers they know, but the materials and workmanship are top notch. You can't get better than this even at twice the price. We have been very satisfied with their work. Last week they installed all new lighting for us. They are easy to work with, intrude as little as possible, and leave the area spotlessly clean when they're finished. We especially love the hand-built custom cabinets they installed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I hoped to have a more functional kitchen...Luis and Miguel have given me my dream kitchen! This was my first remodel ...ever...although a stressful process by nature, Miguel always had progress for me at the end of a day and they took great consideration in keeping area as clean as possible. Our bathroom was old and out dated..I'd gotten several bids that were ridiculously high, plus I would have to contract each thing, tile work, counter tops, glass enclosure, plumbing, $$$. Luis & Miguel gave me a bid to do it all, get it all and told me the places to just stop by and pick out what I wanted. Can I say it was wonderful !!! They worked quietly and non intrusively, each day when they left it was spotless, and best of all my new bathroom looks incredible. They are so friendly, pleasant & trustworthy, which makes it all even better. Got to meet their father who is a master masonry, he came a few days to add his expertise. We were so pleased with Hamza Remodling and would use them again in a heartbeat! Oh, and just a heads up, they'll do about anything homemade cookies!! :)

They have always exceeded my clients expectations on every project, be it small cosmetic updates to major home renovations. Custom Home Remodeling by Hamza has multiple remodels (to the studs) for my clients in both the Park Cities and the M Streets - Preservation District. In 2012, Luis took a 1920's French Eclectic Tudor on Monticello Avenue to the studs and added an additional 1,000+ sq ft. The project was so impressive that it has been featured on numerous real estate blogs like Candy's Dirt. His crew has such an amazing attention to detail that they hand beveled the travertine tiles for the shower to create a seamless look on all the exposed edges. In a Park Cities project on Asbury Street they utilized the dead space under the stair case by installing a custom wine rack. A wine rack may not sound too amazing but this wine rack could roll out and exposed additional storage.
