Redesigned and remodeled Bath Room. Harbor Point was selected after interviewing four other contractors. Harbor Point was the only contractor who agreed to do the work exactly as we wanted. Owner met with us quickly to plan the job. Owner gave valid advice as to quality of materials offered. Owner acted as General Contractor, relieving us from the responsibility of obtaining permits, ordering materials, etc. Job began on schedule. Crew was professional, experienced, friendly, trustworthy, made good progress, and made an effort to keep the place clean. Owner made daily visits to check work quality and progress, to resolve any issues, and met with us to report job status. We were allowed to make changes. Job was completed a week ahead of schedule. We were very satisfied with the completed job, and thus contracted with Harbor Point Contracting to replace Breakfast Room floor, which was completed in one day! We highly recommend Harbor Point Contracting to other Home Owners.

We were in need of hand rails for our front porch and stairs so I used Homeadvisor.com to find local contractors. I called Harbor Point and was put in contact with Chad. After a short discussion of what we required, Chad set up a time the next business day to meet with us. Chad arrived as promised and discussed several options available and estimated cost. Our original plan was for wood but due to unseen installation problems, we agreed to go with a high quality aluminum. Chad took down the required measurements and informed us that he would contact us as soon as he received a materials list and cost from the manufacture. As stated , Chad contacted us with in 48 hours with a cost and approximate delivery time frame. The materials were received in a timely manner and were with in the estimated cost that was discussed. We were notified when the installation would occur and the installation crew with Chad arrived as promised. Installation did not go as well as Chad and the crew expected as mother nature threw a rain day during installation. A minor mounting bracket error gave way to a 2 day delay in finishing the installation however, the crew finished the installation and we are very pleased with the quality in the materials used and the high quality of work that was performed by Chad's installation crew. Not one time did the installers show anything but professionalism. We are highly satisfied with the workmanship and materials and highly recommend Harbor Point Contracting for any type of construction job that a homeowner would need. Thank you R. Gates

We had the door frame to our French Doors in the kitchen repaired on both sides due to rot. The repairs that were done are excellent! There was excellent communication from start to finish, no questions left unanswered, everything explained in detail. Work was started and completed on time, no cost overruns, no hidden fees, price quoted was price we paid. Chad was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable on everything that was asked. I really look forward to working with them again!

Hired for shower drain replacement. Professional and curtious service. Would hire again for home maintenance. Arrived around time promised and cleaned up area when completed.

Harbor Point Contracting has remodeled a bathroom, den, Brealfast nook and kitchen floor. They are professional and stick to the estimate you are given before start of the work. While in the process of replacing my flooring there was a issue with moisture that had caused damage that had to be repaired. Horber Point Contracting repaired the damaged floor'subflooring with out over charging me for the additional work. Horbor Point Contracting has my respect and my business for life.
