I have worked with Eric from Hill Construction Services on many projects and have found him to be very organized and knowledgeable with the different construction phases. He has the ability and experience to build from the ground up. Eric has the passion to design and build with the highest quality in mind and focus on completing his projects within budget and on time. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to work with an honest builder that is always going to work with his clients for the best quality in every project.

On the recommendation of two friends, we contacted HCS (Eric Hill) to update our “1980s style” main level this summer. From the beginning, Eric distinguished himself from other bidders. He brought his subcontractors to the initial meeting and spent lots of time discussing our expectations as a team. Eric’s discerning eye and attention to detail drove the entire project. We replaced our ceramic/ carpet flooring with hardwood, installed new trim throughout the main level and updated our kitchen cabinets and walls with new paint. We could not be happier with the result! Eric and his team were a pleasure to work with— they brought high quality workmanship to each aspect of the project, and they were respectful of our living conditions and time expectations throughout. We are already looking forward to working with Eric again next year on updates to our second level!
