We were referred to Butch Heatherly by a well respected realtor in Champion Hills. He was everything we expected and more. We were absentee owners and relied on him completely to do the job. He was in complete contact with us and offered us other alternatives to solve our problem. He was very professional and when I called him later about non related small issues, he was still willing to help me. I work for a commercial real estate company in Florida, and only wish he could work for me down south. Did what he said he would do with no surprises!!

Heatherly Construction finished building our home in 2006. They came in on budget and were very professional and easy to work with. We did not live in the area so we were concerned about building "long distance." As it turned out it was probably better not being able to micromanage the project. Any questions were easily resolved using photos and messaging. Ten years later our home is holding up very well with little maintenance required. If we have any questions they are still available to help out.

Heatherly Construction is very professional in all of their dealings. They built my house about 10 years ago and did an excellent job in all aspects. In 2015 we made a repair to the front porch. Butch developed a plan to make the repair and brought in very good subcontractors to do the work. He also provided them with equipment to get the job done as quick and easy as possible. The end result was a job well done.
