We are so pleased with the services Carmen provided for us as we moved to Utah from out of state. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and spent countless hours showing us homes until we found the perfect one for our family! She made the process as easy, low-stress, and fun as possible! I’m sure she did a lot of work behind the scenes, too. I would 100% recommend Carmen for anyone looking to buy a home in Utah!

Madison was amazing!!!! She was incredibly responsive, patient while we figured out what we were looking for, did an amazing job negotiating for us, and shepherding our purchase to close while we were on the other side of the country. Madison and Heather were really interested in finding what I needed. Rather than just trying to get me through quickly they cautioned me on houses that might not fit my needs. That said, when I found one, they worked quickly to close the deal.

Heather helped us buy our first home 8 year ago. We were looking in other areas and all the homes we wanted were out of our price range. She recommended we look in Saratoga Springs because the deals were so much better. After a few weeks we finally agreed to just drive out and look. Once we approached the neighborhood and saw the view of Utah Lake and Timp we were absolutely in love with the area! We found our dream home, Heather negotiated an amazing price, and now we enjoy this view every day. I can honestly say we would have never looked out here if it weren’t for her stellar advice. I gladly refer all of our family and friends to Heather knowing she’ll take great care of them.

Commented: What kind of material is use on the gray wall?The gray painted walls are all random size, vertical shiplap planks in poplar. We had them custom milled by the builder, and then painted BM Kendall Charcoal.
