I have strong design, construction, building systems and "Cad Management" skills. Proven ability to interact with another disciplines like architectural programming, cost estimating, value engineering, structural engineering, MEP, landscaping, lighting and Interior Design while dealing with day to day construction documents development. Extensive experience with compiling reports, take-offs, undertaking research, development of innovative approaches, and knowledge of methodologies and processes. Well recognized for creative solutions, 3D details and quality craftsmanship. A powerful thinker and an excellent CAD Manager with the ability to provide well organized programming data. Have the ability to communicate well with others to lead and achieve an excellent teamwork in the development of a project. I am extremely reliable and dedicated to all my project deliverables and quality assurance.
