I was looking for help selecting flooring for my house and I found the best people (new friends, actually!) at Hermosa Style Co. Heather and Courtney listened to my ideas and provided the expertise and assurances I needed. They were very kind and patient with me and my hesitation to make decisions and most important, staying on budget! From product selection, to color, to lay out design - they know what they're doing! My floors turned out beautiful and I trust them completely to continue decorating my home.

The amount of choices was daunting, and she made it easy by narrowing things down to a few options and making her suggestions as to which way she thought we should go. Working with an out-of-state design team was a fantastic experience. Our designer, Heather had access to an incredible network of resources and introduced us to unique and stunning pieces that would have been impossible to find in our local area. Her expertise and creativity truly transformed our space.

It was my first time working with an interior design firm, and I chose Hermosa Style Co (after interviewing five other designers) because of their aesthetic, availability, and the price and flexibility of their services. I needed my fireplace re-designed, my kitchen updated, the interiors painted, and help with new furniture selection for my family and dining rooms. I wanted to make the transition from a mid-century aesthetic to a more Tulum-esque global organic vibe, but I didn't have a high-end budget. Heather and Alexa did a site visit, documented my existing furniture and art pieces, and came up with a plan for construction and furniture that did not blow my budget. I am very happy with the final results! The project was executed thoughtfully from start to finish, including project management of the construction phase. The designers really got my desired aesthetic and suggested reasonably priced, but inspired and unique furnishings. Alexa, who I worked with most closely, has an open, honest, and patient attitude. She clearly has a passion for interior design and is an active listener who is able to pivot quickly. She has exquisite taste. The idea to do open shelving in the kitchen, add a casing to the vent hood to match the aesthetic of the new fireplace design, and add a banquette breakfast nook led to big impact without crazy construction costs. When I decided I didn't want to spend money on re-doing the kitchen cabinets, they found quality, affordable knobs and pulls to replace the existing ones, and instructed the contractor to make slight tweaks to the cabinets to make them while not new--definitely more fresh and finished-looking. I would highly recommend the team at Hermosa Style Co!
