Amazing work done by skilled craftsman at a competitive price. Time line and schedule were exactly as described. From the complex to the simple Tom Coan, owner, is going to make sure it is done expertly. He even throws in information about trends and what would look good! My go to company. Tom has retrofitted new front entrance way columns and replaced my front door. Perfectly done. Both projects delivered a glove like fit and were done with high end materials.

If possible, I would give this company 10 stars!!! We did a large renovation in 2017 and the entire team made was amazing. The quality of work was impeccable and the team worked together so well. They were there when they said they would be, and kept us informed of the progress. Their prices were extremely reasonable, but equally important, they made us feel like such valued clients. Several times since the renovation we have called Jennifer, Tom and Randi for assistance, and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I honestly can't say enough good things about them!

I highly recommend CASE Design for any of your remodeling projects. I attended one of their seminars and was immediately drawn to how nice and down to earth they all were. We hired them weeks later and could not be more pleased. Their design ideas were exactly what we wanted and they even gave us some great options for future growth. They respected our budget and they gave us more than expected. We dealt with their project managers, designers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and flooring specialists and they were all professional and respectful of our home and property. The superintendents were always there checking on things to make sure the job was moving along as planned. Timely, efficient and excellent workmanship. I was actually sad to see them take down their sign from our yard because they really felt like family. You cannot go wrong with this team of professionals!

CASE Design/Remodeling did an extensive renovation on our home. Randi did our design which was innovative and something that we and the other companies that we consulted had not even imagined. CASE brought her design to life with the highest quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The work was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. The job was completed right on schedule. At the end of each work day, the area was cleaned and organized to make it easier for us since we were living in the house. I have no reservations about recommending CASE. They are reliable, responsible, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. The transformation of our house is remarkable!

We have loved the work that Case has done in our home! We have had a mudroom and sunroom remodel done with this company and the work is outstanding. The entire process is made easy and stress-free, from the initial consultation and design work to the finished product. Our designer was professional and highly knowledgeable and really captured our vision for our projects.

We had problems with virtually every aspect of this master bath remodel. For example, we had issues with the tile, cabinets, grout, glass and wallboard. The biggest issue was the tile work. Three tiles needed to be replaced and a section of the shower needed to be reworked. There are two other tiles that were cut incorrectly, but we accepted them because they are not all that visible. Additionally, the quality control at the cabinet manufacturer was not all that good because the side panel of one of the cabinets did not match the rest of the cabinet and was not identified by Case before installation. Additionally, Case ordered one of the cabinets in the wrong size. Some issues we just accepted because my wife and I were tired of dealing with the headaches. For example, the shower glass was installed at an angle - off by 1/2 inch - and the side panel to the cabinet referred to previously is still not the correct match. Both of these issues would have required more rework than we were willing to endure. I think the principal issue with the project was the lack of detailed oversight by the supervisors. On the positive side, Case did try to resolve the issues once they were identified by me and the design work was very good. Finally, this project was scheduled to be completed before the holidays and was not completed until January 22nd.

We have used CASE numerous times over the years and have always been very pleased. Yes, their price is sometimes higher than other quotes, but guess what? They show up and they complete the job to their client's complete satisfaction. On the bigger projects they provide a designer to help you through the process, accompany you to choose countertop material, tile, plumbing fixtures and lighting. I think we now know the entire staff at CASE and we are so impressed with each and every one. They truly care about each client and project and take pride in their work.

Tom Coan and the Case team were true professionals from start to finish. They completed a spectacular kitchen remodel for us, followed by a beautiful master bath. Included in the bathroom project was a complete change out of our HVAC duct system. With Case Design and Remodel, we never had problems...only opportunities to get it right. I believe Tom and company truly feel that the right way is how the customer wants it. True craftsmen that overcame the obstacles of working in 45 year old condo building.

Design and construction of unfinished basement garage and workshop space into kitchenette, living room , bedroom and bath with laundry. Staff is professional, experienced and client centered. I am well satisfied with their work and recommend them.

We hired Case to remodel our entire kitchen/living area and master bathroom. This is a fantastic team of professionals to work with! They were easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. They offered great design solutions, that were both functional and beautiful. Courteous and hardworking groups of craftsman worked long hours to complete this project within our time frame. CASE Birmingham added an open concept bathroom in my large bedroom. The home is a colonial style and the downstairs is already an open concept. They were able to maintain the historical integrity of the home with finishes and details that exist elsewhere upstairs. Everyone from start to finish was professional and pleasant to work with. There may have been one or two miscommunications, but CASE always accepted the responsibility and made sure that the jobs were done according to my desires. Also, I was extremely picky about my new hardwood floors to ensure they matched the entire rest of the house. My floors are lovely. They use the highest quality sub-contractors (e.g., for my floors, my tile, my custom made shower and shower door, etc.). My project placed in a state-wide competition. I would recommend them. They are a little pricey--but, I felt secure that they were doing things correctly and there were always multiple eyes watching what was going on.

Had a dark unfinished basement and turned into a beautiful apartment. They handled every detail of the project and had great ideas on the finishes. Project was beautiful and in budget, thank to Tom and his team.
