From the very first planning stages, through signing the contract, to demolishing the old kitchen and completing the new one, everything was handled seamlessly and stayed right on schedule. The entire experience was not only professional but also extremely pleasant—something that is rare with major home renovations. Charlie and his team, Melanie, Art, John and Michael were truly outstanding: attentive, organized, skilled, and always responsive. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exactly what was promised made the process stress-free and enjoyable. Complete disaster, buyer beware! They're only committed to doing big jobs. If you have a smaller sized job (under $100K) they will put you last. They do not honor their schedule nor communicate well. (Over a year to complete a small galley kitchen!) When you call to inquire they treat you with disrespect. To top it off, my final invoice was double the amount due. You can do better, no bargain here!

We used home supply for a kitchen with island, pantry and master bathroom vanity. All the boxes are plywood and very heavy duty. Install was professional and very detailed. They helped design (we used Charlie and Christy) a lovely kitchen that is wowing everyone who has seen it. We lack natural light but have high ceilings so worked with what we have and it looks amazing.
