During April of 2017 my husband and I contracted Ian Jarvis of Jarvis Contraction Services to construct a wheelchair accessible bathroom in our basement. From start to finish we found Ian and James Jarvis to be very professional. Ian managed the project thoroughly with attention to detail. James has a great ability to balance both creativity and flexibility. We found them to be hard workers who demonstrated exceptional tradesman’s skills. The construction was completed on budget in a timely manner. The construction site and tracking areas were kept both safe and clean. All of the tradesmen introduced in association with Jarvis Contraction Services were highly skilled, and we appreciated the respectful manner. Ian and James satisfied all our expectations and more.

Ian was great. We worked with Ian to renovate two bathrooms. He did what he said he would do, how he said he would do it, within the time he estimated and at the cost he quoted. He is professional and capable, making suggestions and giving advice based on his depth of knowledge. We would not hesitate to hire him again for any job, big or small. I absolutely love both bathrooms, he did an amazing job, I can't believe they are the same rooms - they are transformed!!

Jan 10th, 2016. MASTER SUITE RENOVATION PROJECT. I was hesitant to call this company as they did a lot of big Projects and I was looking for a simple washroom removing a regular bathtub and replacing it with a whirlpool-jaccuzi tub and a stand-up shower with glass enclosure updating the Faucets and proper tiling using shluter System for my house in Pickering. From the outset, IAN JARVIS was very professional. He was prompt, respectful, and very clear. Once we signed the contract, Ian Jarvis and his team were outstanding with a project charter outlining everyones responsibility. They communicated with us on every level and every decision that needed to be made. The guys were professional, neat, and courteous. Timelines were met, and the quality of the work was great. I was thoroughly impressed with the way JARVIS CONTRACTING SERVICES does business. I strongly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them when I am ready to do other Projects in the House. We commissioned Jarvis Contracting to construct an addition to our home. We met numerous times prior to beginning construction to finalize the details.
