Joe installed our entire audiovisual (control 4) and security system for our new home. He is fantastic. On our initial encounter, we discussed potential options and he was able to gain a clear understanding of what we were looking for. He then provided his recommendations that would meet these needs. He was able to complete the installation in a timely manner and was available to answer any questions that we had. We have been extremely impressed by his knowledge and expertise. If we ever have an issue, I simply send him an email or text message and he responds promptly. Joe is a trustworthy individual and I give him my highest recommendation. He's the best in the business.

Over the yrs Joe has done a lot of AV work and control 4 home automation work for me. He recently installed a large Sony flat screen TV. We have always been extremely happy with his work. He is also very responsive and follows up to fix minor issues which arise time to time. Very knowledgeable with computer stuff, interface with home automation etc.

I have been through numerous home automation companies - they always seem to end up flaking in the end or try to skip out on services. Happy to say I have finally found a trustworthy company that has been incredibly communicative, trustworthy and fair! They do amazing work - they ran circles around the others with our Control 4 system and were able to do a lot of work the others said wasn't possible. They did lighting, tv's, speakers, security, locks and an insane home theatre. Their attention to detail is what really stood out with the install, everybody that comes by is blown away by the work & many have since used them too. Wish they were the first company I had come across!

Being new to AZ and having high standards of excellence that we were used to back in NJ, when we bought a fancy home that needed a complete 12 year overdue technological upgrade, we looked very carefully for someone who was not only knowledgable, but responsive and fair when it came to pricing as well. Since our original instillation of our Control4 System, Joe Valcik has continued to "come to our rescue" when we need help (as he did today). He installed our home system in 2014. We would recommend him to anyone needing a home audio visual system.
