It has taken me a little time to prepare my review. I wanted time to live in the space and get a feel for the service and quality. Incredible Homes provided a quality overall product! This renovation touched nearly every surface of my home. Even with some frustrations (primarily the result of pandemic delays and limitations), the team worked toward solutions. I had a site visit with Incredible Homes earlier this year after I had flood damage to my home. Three members of their team came out to my house for an initial site visit, and they had excellent insight on how to navigate my insurance claim and go about the remodel.

Incredible Renovations was always willing to go the extra miles to do whatever needed to complete our ever changing projects, including full renovation of our 1946 House in Bellaire, TX. After the construction was completed they were always available to fix anything we asked for. In summary they have showed an excellent attention to the customers needs.

We just bought a home in West University Place and wanted to do an extensive renovation which included all the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. We went to about 10 contractors for design ideas and quotes and the Incredible Homes & Renovations team were hands down the best. From the initial walk through to the design and execution, really very professional. We really appreciated that their quote even had the make and model number of every fixture they were planning to install, something that none of the others even listed! Their proposal was very easy to understand, yet detailed. Their contract also had a on time and budget guarantee that we have not heard of before. Adam and the team were very patient with us trying to pick the finishes and assisted us with their great recommendations.
