Inde Kitchen Remodelers

I would not recommend inde. My bathroom remodel was a nightmare. I was charged for over 10 extra boxes of tile. I have uninstalled shelves in my garage that I paid to get installed. I have not been reimbursed from all the materials they took back. Owner unresponsive. First installed tub with a plug that did not work. Shelves in vanity stick..... installation was stalled because project manager failed to put in order and failed numerous times to keep me informed when their subcontractors would show up.

Inde is the place to go for great kitchen remodeling design! I can't say enough great things about Suzanne and Christy - they really took their time helping us design our dream kitchen within our space constraints and budget. They made excellent recommendations but were never pushy, and always made sure to show us finishes that were within our budget. Suzanne is wonderful, highly recommend. I gave 4 stars due to their project management team. After finalizing the design, it only made sense to use their construction team as well for all the work. We were really impressed with the fact that there would be a project manager to facilitate everything, presumably eliminating our need to communicate with each and ever contractor and subcontractor. Unfortunately, this didn't play out as expected. Communication was difficult and I often had to give direction to multiple people, multiple times. Things fell through the cracks, items were ordered incorrectly, and work had to be re-done. Now, one year after the project is complete, we're still trying to get things fixed that were never completed or were not done correctly. It's difficult to get ahold of anyone at Inde and I'm also chasing down tile and flooring subcontractors to re-grout backsplash and to look at the floorboards that are coming up. I LOVE my kitchen, it's amazing, but I would rather have gone with my own general contractor had I known Inde wouldn't actually manage the project during and after construction.

We have just finished a big kitchen and powder room renovation with Inde. I can't say enough good things about them. Very competent workers, very conscious of the calendar and our budget, handled all problems very well, and customer was always right! Oh, and our kitchen is beautiful!

We had a complete kitchen remodel. Inde”s workers were respectful, hardworking, on time and trustworthy. As unforeseen issues developed we were very pleased with their ability to solve the problem and in fact, they corrected the problem and made it better than if the problem had not occurred.

This company did a great job on our kitchen (+) remodel. The work was completed on time and within budget. The employees were friendly, reliable, and clean. We did pay a bit more but we had no issues of contractors or sub contractors not showing up. Worth it because we had no headaches. In fact, we are so pleased with the quality of worksmanship that we have hired Inde again to do another renovation project.

This was our second time that we teamed up with Inde. The experience was smooth and flexible to our needs and appointment times. Everyone on the staff was open to help and assist if we needed to just pop into the showroom to verify a product or choice... Inde worked as a team of professionals and everyone supported us from the first day until the project was finished.. We updated the kitchen and two bathrooms and could not have been happier....

Kitchen remodel: high quality materials received perfect installation workmanship and project was completed a few days before scheduled end date. There were no issues or surprises. Job completed flawlessly as expected, by this trusted remodeling company, Inde.

Our experience with INDE was excellent from start to finish. It began with a well-thought out design which catered to our needs and maximized the space available. The materials used, the workmanship, attention to detail and overall professionalism were outstanding. INDE ultimately provided us with a beautiful, efficient kitchen with plenty of storage. We would definitely hire them again.

Inde was outstanding to work with - from the beginning of the project to the conclusion (about 4-5 weeks). We worked closely with a dedicated kitchen designer; Mary. She was experienced, highly consultative, and pro-actively offered insights that we had not considered. Her solid experience, friendly demeanor, and genuine concern in ensuring our needs were addressed, was amazing! She also was thoughtful in her approach as it related to our budgetary needs. We have been so impressed that we subsequently recommended Inde to numerous friends and family. All share the same sentiments... Inde - is a great company to work with! Shout out to Sam, the onsite project lead - who was absolutely meticulous and thoughtful with every detail.. The entire team - communicated consistently and were highly attentive to the smallest details! Love our new kitchen!!

Our kitchen remodel project included the removal of soffits; repairing the ceiling; updating and moving plumbing; new lighting throughout the kitchen and powder room; new flooring and paint throughout the kitchen, hallway, powder room and laundry room; new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and powder room; and tile back splash in the kitchen. Our designer, Nicole, incorporated the few ideas that I had into a really beautiful and functional kitchen. Her enthusiasm for the project made the whole design process enjoyable. She and Chrissi, our design consultant, guided us through every decision. Everything we needed was already in their showroom. Who has time to go look at tile, light fixtures, and faucets all over town? Our field manager, Jeff, visited out home twice before the project started, checked on progress at least once a week during the remodel, and then returned for a final walk through. I know he was behind the scenes orchestrating deliveries and subcontractors, because everything and everyone arrived when he said they would! I cannot say enough good things about Sam, our lead contractor. He cares about every little detail. He anticipates what might bug you in the future and deals with those issues. Honestly, I had nothing to bring up during the final walk through. Sam is that good! Here's the really amazing thing though, our project was done in 4 weeks and 2 days. Three weeks ahead of schedule. Let me just say that again. OUR PROJECT WAS DONE IN 4 WEEKS AND 2 DAYS. Everyone associated with Inde is top notch including the electrician, plumber, painter, and tiler.

Our experience with Inde has been awesome, the process of design & selection was painless as Mary broke it down into small steps that were addressed as we proceeded thru the design process. Installation process was awesome as well as the Tom and Rocko were very attentive to details and sought perfection . A few changes were needed during installation and they were addressed within 1-2 days. We are already planning phase 2 of our kitchen design re purposing the old kitchen into butlers pantry/breakfast area in the Spring of 2017.

We remodeled the first floor of our home in addition to adding a sun room onto our house. We used Inde to help us design the project plus we purchased everything in the kitchen through Inde. We used someone else as our contractor. Inde (and in particular Mary McCarthy) did an excellent job of helping us figure out how to complete our project. I presented many of our own ideas that I had collected through Houzz and then Mary helped me incorporate them into the design. She was never pushy, always was prompt in returning calls and emails and was delightful to work with. If she could not answer a question or wanted another opinion on paint color she would readily get in touch with another Inde employee. At times, I had two or three people helping to figure out just the right color paint, measurement or design idea. In the initial stages of the project, an architect from Inde was not responding or helping to move the project forward. When this happened Scott Morrell stepped in and went as far as taking me to his own home so I could figure out what types of windows to put in our sun room. I would highly recommend Mary McCarthy and Inde for a remodel project.
