Lucy and Gary did a great job in my kitchen remodeling. Lucy reorganized my kitchen moving the gas downdraft cooktop from the island to the wall and the refrigerator from one wall to the other. We change cabinets, countertops and added backsplash. everything looks wonderful. When I found a thing to fix, they come to fix it.

1st Atlanta Remodeling just completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation for us and they did a outstanding job! We are so pleased with their work and the outcome of the project. Lucy and Gary were wonderful to work with and went over and beyond to make sure every detail was thought through and the project came out perfect. I would highly recommend this contractor, they are fantastic.

If you're looking for a kitchen remodeling contractor, look no further, I've done the research for you! I wanted my kitchen to be "custom", not just in the sense that my cabinets look different than every other cookie cutter house in my neighborhood, but also that each piece of cabinetry is made just for my kitchen, right down to the inch (literally), the fit between my stove and cabinets are so close that it looks like it was all built together! you can't get that with pre-fabricated cabinets because you have to work with existing dimensions and may end up with extra gaps here and there. As for my project, the entire team at 1st Atlanta remodeling was professional and did an amazing job everyday. My project manager Lucy was attentive to all my concerns and needs and scheduled the different teams so that my down time on the project was minimized and project was completed in a timely manner. My entire project took a little less than 6 weeks, if it weren't for my flooring issue which 1st Atlanta Remodeling was not involved, I would have been done in 4 weeks! This is amazing as I did a complete transformation to my entire first floor. From what I've been told by other friends that have gone through re-models, this is warp speed! If you want personalized attention, make an appointment! What I think the most important part of the remodeling experience is how much attention you're receiving once your project is underway because a showroom visit, although nice is not going to be a permanent part of your home. I truly felt that I was their number one customer during my project, an in the big scheme of things, that's what really matters!

Lucy is as good as it gets. Her company remodeled our entire kitchen (cabinets, appliances, backsplash, and countertops) and put down new tiles in our hallway. Unlike other contractors, Lucy helped us pick out the cabinets, colors, counter tops, which would have been impossible for us to do alone. She has excellent taste, a great eye for creatively redesigning spaces, and is an honest dealer. She is an absolutely top notch pro. One last thing: astoundingly, and unlike any other contractor I've hired, the project was finished ahead of schedule.

My pretty complicated kitchen project has been accomplished on time, impeccably, and the most important Lucy and Igor put their hearts and souls into my kitchen! I have been blessed working with such wonderful people! They are professional, knowledgeable and caring!

We had a terrible, terrible experience with this contractor, and we would not ever wish our experience on anyone. The workmanship was poor, the supervision lacking, the cost ended up being abou triple the estimate, and then she quit before finishing, because we wouldn’t pay her the final balance before completion, which was less than 10% of the job. Further, the bill was full of errors and included many items never provided, items in need of repair, costs separated out (after the fact) though part of original design and paid for already. It’s been a total nightmare of crooked counters, dinged up cabinets, buckling shelves, dead electricity (our whole eating area is now totally shut off), ugly spacing around the stove, uneven spacing around our vent, which makes the cupboards it lives in fly open every time you turn it on. She left exposed and dangerous hazards, causing injury, her electrician said he’d never done residential work before, and her installer URI is one of most hostile people I’ve met. He scared me. Knobs were installed unevenly, screws overtightened and stripped, wood splintered and cracked... the list continues. Best part? Despite agreeing to deduct our bill for items not received, she disappeared without notice and then filed full price lien on our home for things she’s been paid for and things she never gave us. Recommendation? AVOID.

Lucy and Gary from 1st Atlanta Remodeling did a wonderful job on our kitchen and bathroom renovations.
