Are you looking for a company with poor customer service? Want someone that never calls you back? Measures your kitchen wrong then leaves you hanging for months with an unfinished kitchen? This is the place for you! Please do yourself a favor and find another company that actually cares about their workmanship and their clients. I was really torn on writing this review but if I can save someone else from what I endured, I believe something positive may come out of it.

My first experience with ICD began with a couple of dear friends of mine who reside locally that had some renovation projects done in their home a few years back. To bare witness to the transformation of each project back then was gratifying, fast forward to current times in yet another home that received both a kitchen, bathroom remodel, as well as flooring upgrades, I yet again witnessed the very same attention to detail, quality of product and craftsmanship. My deep appreciation eventually comes when my kitchen renovation of new cabinets / countertops & backsplash were performed. When visiting the showroom for the very first time I was quite pleased with all forms of displays, but most importantly the polite, professional staff. Carol was my point of contact in gathering sample choices in order to discern both cabinet & countertop colors and styles, carol was extremely helpful in all facets. Once the decision of choices were made I presented my deposit some days later. Jose Garcia was yet another intrical part of my experience in being patient, accommodating throughout the entire process. My satisfaction of the work performed by gary & his helper (forgot name) for the cabinets, francisco & his helper(again forgot his name:( ) for the countertop/backsplash was nothing short of exemplary.

Carol’s design skills and product knowledge, coupled with Jose and his construction team resulted in all aspects of the remodel being handled by one company under one roof. I can’t say enough good things about Innovative Cabinets & Design and our cabinet designer Carol and our general contractor José. We did a complete remodel of our downstairs which included the kitchen, master bath, powder room, laundry room and all flooring and most of the lighting. The cabinet design turned out fabulous with really efficient use of space and high quality cabinets. Carol helped us modify the design to focus on an amazing look, functionality and sticking within our budget. Jose treated the remodel like it was his own home. He and his crew went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to their high quality standards. Innovative Design recently renovated our kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. I could not be happier with the results. Carol Duffy assisted with the design and Jose Garcia completed my dream kitchen, the quality of work is outstanding. Carol, Jose, and their team were a pleasure to work with, very professional and stand behind their work.

Very honest, professional and attentive team. Very high quality, high end products with a show room, to select exactly what your specific needs are. We did a kitchen remodel was shown where we could save money and also shown several options for our kitchen with a very reasonable budget and project completion date. I have used Innovative Cabinets for previous projects in my living room and master bath, and planning on using them for our office space. I love this team, they never disappoint. The owner takes a personal interest with his customers and ensures every detail is perfect.

We worked with Carol Duffy and Jose Garcia (one of the owners) on both a kitchen and a master bath remodel. Carol did a great job helping us plan out both projects based on the Bellmont 1900 cabinets. She was extremely patient throughout many revisions and helped us arrive at the perfect design for usability layout, color, and wood choices - the knotted Alder turned out great. We really like the efficiency we gained with the drawer choices, especially the under-sink version and the European double-sliding gizmo (not the technical term) that gives us easy access to a dead corner. She also helped with tile and other selections and provided valuable input throughout the projects. Jose is easy to get along with and he managed both projects and worked closely with us through some of the challenges and a few issues, always applying his motto: "there are no problems, only solutions". His crew for both projects and any subcontractors he brought in were very professional, hardworking, and always ensured they left the site clean when they departed at the end of the day. Jose was on top of everything and did not mind getting his hands dirty in the process. He came in on a weekend several months after job completion when the cabinets had settled and personally did the final caulking. He did not mind getting on his hands and knees after the bathroom remodel when he applied his special grout sealant to the shower and bathroom floor as he had promised us. The kitchen remodel took place over a year and a half ago and everything is still in perfect shape. We are impressed with the cabinetry and really appreciate the pantry which has pull-out shelves that make accessing everything so much easier. The white Calacatta quartz counter tops look very clean and make the kitchen much brighter. The bath was completed early this year and we love our rain shower and glass enclosure and being able to access the window without having to step in the bathtub we never used. The cabinets turned out great as well, both sides have the practical under-sink drawers and we used the same white quartz counter tops. We still admire the perfect job that Epifanio (the tile guy) did in installing the tile for shower and floor. We definitely will consider Jose and his team at Innovative Cabinets and Design for any future remodeling jobs and certainly recommend their services to others.

Carol Duffy of Innovative Cabinets had an abundance of knowledge and know-how when it can time to design my new kitchen. She listened to all of my ‘wants’ and requirements and incorporated everything into the design. My kitchen turned out awesome for my mountain home. Competitively priced, too.
