We had a fantastic experience working with Intown Craftsman on the renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, and the enclosing of our screened in porch in our bungalow in Candler Park. The entire IC team was a joy to work with, especially Gabrielle and Andrea who held our hands throughout the process and made everything easy and worry free. Not only did IC do an incredible job from initial design to the finishing touches, but they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule on a tight timeline to accommodate our needs despite several bumps in the road. We strongly recommend working with Intown Craftsman for any project big or small - the entire experience exceeded our expectations!

I have used Intown Craftsmen ("Intown") for multiple projects...remodel jobs on two bathrooms, painting about 75% of the first floor, new flooring and some new lighting. Because I trust Intown, I reached back out to them for advice regarding work in my basement. Once I outlined what my ultimate goal is, Russ M suggested demoing the basement so that I could move forward with the other work that will. I handed Intown my keys and left town a vacation. During the time, Intown took care of everything. I plan to have Intown come back to do some final touches after the other work is done. As noted, I've used Intown for multiple (distinct) jobs over the course of several years. I use Intown because they are professional and responsive, they push back as needed because remodeling is what they do (not what I do), and most of all they are trustworthy. I highly recommend Intown Craftsmen if you're looking for remodeling work!

Intown Craftsmen did really beautiful work for us. Our old house needed a whole new bathroom, and they fixed it up from the floor joists up. When something was out of stock they were helpful in choosing alternatives (that may better than what I had chosen in the first place). They were fast to answer questions, communicative, and years after the remodel was done they have been responsive for small fixes under warranty.

We had an unfinished, oddly laid out basement (~750 sq ft) that we received 4 quotes for. Our house was built in 1930 on granite foundation, so this was not a very straightforward project. No one came in with the ideas that they did. Their initial design hit every single point we had envisioned without having to allocate major design dollars. I am sure there are firms that can do what they do, but the price would be 2-3x what they charged. When it came time to build, they kept in clear communication throughout the process. We had a direct line to our Project Manager, Designer, and their Leadership at all times. We came away truly impressed by the experience and flexibility of their builders. We will look to them first for our next projects down the road!

The Intown Craftsmen team was so professional and easy to work with! The crew was very neat and orderly - there were no messes at the end of the day and they completed the work a few days earlier than we expected. Would definitely recommend for bathroom/laundry room reno!

Intown is great overall. The core team is so pleasant to work with--Andrea, Gabrielle, Ben, Russ, Marcelo were all so incredibly kind and willing to try to make anything we wanted possible. They are also pretty quick to begin work and once it starts, the pace is swift. There were some little hiccups with the construction crew and installing our doors but Intown would come back however many times they needed to to make sure it was finally fixed. Andrea was very responsive if there was an issue and Gabrielle is the absolute sweetest. We were referred by my brother in law who is using them again on his new house. Would highly recommend Intown.

Intown Craftsmen did a great job giving our garage and pre-fab storage shed a much needed refresh---repairing roofs, replacing siding, adding interior finishes, new doors, painting...very communicative and manage projects well. Recommend for significant improvements having a design professional provide drawings and permitting services, but Intown can certainly price and implement your project well.

We recently hired Intown Craftmen to completely renovate our primary bathroom and we are very happy with the results. They took our bathroom from looking early 2000s blah to very modern and spa-like. The experience was not without stress since we had our first baby while it was still going on but project manager Andrea and crew leader, Oscar, were very patient with us while we made decisions and changed our minds a couple of times. This was our first home renovation project so we learned a whole lot through the process! Russ came over initially to look at our previous bathroom, made recommendations for layout and design changes, and then gave us a relatively fast cost estimate. He took time to really understand our vision (although limited at first) and offered helpful suggestions along the way that made the final design even better than we imagined. The quality of the workmanship is really good. There were some issues with the tile and painting work at first that we asked them to tighten up a little bit and they were very accommodating to our requests. Andrea was very helpful, responsive to communication, and handled communication with the construction crew very well. The renovation has added real value to our home and we are pleased.

Intown Craftsmen did ceiling repair and replacement in our house that is nearing 100 years old. The age is important because that meant that they had to tear out popcorn plaster, wood slat, ceilings, which they replaced with sheetrock. They did an Excellent job. The first day they taped plastic over our walls from floor to ceiling, and covered every inch of flooring with paper, which significantly cut down on the expected dust from this project to an almost non-existent level. They installed can lights, reinstalled our existing lights, and put together and installed a ceiling fan. The work area was left clean at the end of every workday. The new ceilings look great, and all of the antique wood trim was left in place, with no damage. Along with the great workmanship, they also completed the project ahead of time.

I very enthusiastically recommend Intown Craftsmen if you are considering a renovation project. They transformed my 1950ish disaster bathroom to a modern spa. Converted the old tub to a beautiful shower that is more functional, more enjoyable and easier to keep clean. Took it down to the studs and completely rebuilt it.They helped with design and recommended many things to me that I had not considered which made a huge difference in the final product. They very deftly overcame the several problems that a small outdated bathroom project presents. I found everyone I interacted with at IC to be friendly, courteous, meticulous and professional. Living in an old house for over 25 years, I have done many renovations and I have hired many contractors with mixed results and I talked to many contractors before choosing Intown Craftsmen for my bathroom remodel. I am so glad that I did! They will certainly be the first call I make for future renovations.
