The IRI team did a complete demo and renovation of our front and backyard in two separate projects. IRI was our chosen contractor for the backyard using a 3rd party architect. We are completely satisfied with their project delivery and were happy to hire them to not only perform the front yard renovation, but also to design it to fit and flow with the backyard. We most appreciated the attention to detail and day to day communication. IRI has a very customer forward approach which was appreciated. Up front bids were clearest amongst all contractors we interviewed and this carried through to easily understood change orders throughout the process. We have had no major issues with the construction and yard looks amazing 2-3 years later. Personal touches from the management team including communication years later are very much appreciated. All of the hardscapes and construction elements hold up very well, in addition to looking wonderful. Easiest way to put our recommendation is that we had a choice of contractor to do the front yard after IRI did our backyard - we did not hesitate to hire them for the front. It was a very easy decision.

I don’t know how Djordje did it but he managed to work with both my husband and I who could not be farther apart on design style and come in on time and on budget. We ended up with a project that transformed our house, is easy to maintain and is constantly being complemented.

Over the years, our property had become a complete disaster as we struggled with the drought, deer and maintenance issues. Thanks to Djordje and his team, it has gone through an amazing transformation. Djordje listened carefully and was able to create a design that reflected our vision and addressed our challenging issues. We appreciated his professionalism and are so pleased with the result. We continue to receive many compliments and would highly recommend Djordje and his team.

Tremendous workmanship attention to detail IRL did a complete front and backyard installation of our modern home. The landscape integrate beautifully with the house. We get complements everyday from neighbors and passerby Djordje and his team is the best !!
