We asked for three recommendations for home builders in Fairfield Glade. We were given just one: Zurich Homes. After seeing some of their construction, it was obvious to us that there was no need to talk with anyone else. The first-time experience of building our house - from 650 miles away - could not have gone better. Isaac and his team are true professionals. They listened to our requests, offered suggestions, and built us a really beautiful home. We saw no peer to Zurich Homes for new home construction. These guys are solid individuals who made the home construction process really enjoyable.

In 2013-2014, we built a 2900 FT² house in Fairfield Glade, TN. We selected Zurich Homes for the project based on conversations with existing Zurich clients and on inspections of existing and under-way homes in the area. We could not have chosen a better builder for our new home construction than Isaac Z. and Zurich Homes. From the time we started the project until it ended we were impressed with their ease to communicate with us, their ability to convert our general ideas into beautiful details [eg. the dining room ceiling (photo attached) was just one area that we asked for something unique that fit our "old-world" theme,] and their ability to keep pace with our budget while producing a finished project in a timely manner that we marvel at each day. Just a week ago our one-year-old home was on the local Kitchen/Garden tour. The response to our finished product was overwhelming as people attending the show had so many positive comments about the work Zurich Homes did. We just had a lovely home built by Zurich Homes in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. I have never built a home before and everyone says that it is a stressful experience. Not so! Zurich has wonderful people who work with you closely to build you the house that you want. I can't say enough good things about them. The original quote for the home included quality materials (all-brick exterior, granite counters, extra-wide moldings and crown, etc.) that are extra cost items for many other builders. Best of all, the home was completed in 5 1/2 months!
