Not good customer service. They couldn’t give an estimate right there. Most places can give you an estimate at the same time. It was like that they were worried about their lunch instead giving us good customer service! I would NOT recommend this place to NO ONE!

John Paul was great in giving us a complete cost and following up with installation. The installation crew was great. We are very happy with our screen in area and our spoiled cats love it!

great install job. did some custom touches on request and left some extra parts. would be 5 stars, but some of the ordered parts did not come with the inital install, likely not due to John or Island enclosures, but rather due to the manufacturer.

Island Enclosures has done a great deal of work for us. They are professional. attentive to our needs and make sure the job is done right and to our satisfaction. When they finish their work, before they leave, they clean up and have me inspect and approve the job. I have recommended Island Enclosures to friends and will call on them again.
