We recently used this company to remodel our kitchen. They were very helpful and accommodating. We shopped around between them and 2 other companies, and they had the best price. The end result was beyond our expectations. There were no cut corners, and they made sure to provide us with the best quality products!

AJ and his crew put down luxury vinyl in my whole house and did a fantastic job! We love our new floors so much. He uses great quality products. They took out carpet and tile and it flows so well throughout the entire house. I fully recommend Istone floors for your flooring needs and wants!!! My baseboards are gorgeous!!!!

Istone did a wonder job remodeling my bathrooms. A.J. was awesome to work with. He returned my calls promptly and came out every day to check on the work and to see if I was happy. The team was professional, cleaned up their mess and worked swiftly. The cost was cheaper than other quotes and included better quality material. I'd hire again

They did a wonderful job on our master bath shower and main bathroom floor. Looking forward to having them put in tile and tub for our main bathroom.

Great experience! We had bathroom counter put in March 2017. See pics! Everything iStone promised they would do... they did. We stopped in one week and the next week we had new counters! The installers were very professional. Our salesperson even came by the house when they were installing the counters to check and make sure all was going well. They were great about answering our questions and every time we called or texted they called right back. They made it all so simple. They did a great job and were very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Note: I did not end up using iStone Floors and this review is based on my experience in trying to work with them on a quote rather than actual work provided. I began my process by going to the store and explaining my proposed counter top project. I was primarily looking for a quartz/granite remnant for a bathroom vanity but was open to allowing them to quote for counter tops for my entire home (kitchen and bar included). I was told that a remnant was available in a quartz I chose and plenty was available for the square footage needed for my bathroom. They came to take all measurements but I never heard back. After multiple unanswered calls I finally received an email that they were unsure if there was enough of the remnant to do the bathroom alone but they would get back to me. The next day I was given a quote and told the remnant was available so I immediately said I was ready to move forward with the work. After 4 days of no response again I was then told there was actually not enough remnant in stock. I then requested that I get a quote for the entire project rather than solely a remnant. I was given a price quote and said I would look at my budget and revert back. 4 days later I said I could agree to the quote and was ready to move forward with the bathroom, kitchen and bar. At that time I was told that the quote provided was a mistake on their part and the price would need to increase by over a thousand dollars. I explained my frustration and that I could not trust them and was not willing to contract with this business based on poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this business to friends, family or others in my community. Buyer Beware!

We hired Istonefloors to complete a kitchen remodel of our 1969 ranch style home back in August 2014. It was a pleasure working with the Owner, AJ, and the lead carpenter, Gerardo. Gerardo did a fantastic job creating a more modern kitchen, with the addition of a wall opening into our living area. This opening, in combination with a granite countertop extension, has created a nice little bar area to compliment the new cabinets. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Istonefloors for other remodeling needs.
