Jacoviello Custom Builders built an extensive addition on my Home in Admirals Cove as well as virtually rebuilding the 20+ year old home from the inside out (new bathrooms w/incredible tiling, raising doors, creating a new Office/Bedroom from previous outside space, adding a new driveway and front entrance and much more) Vinny has photos (which tell the story the best) of the finished job and could not have been more professional and talented throughout the process----his key phrase in bidding a job is "You Get Me for Life" Now, several years later, Vinny has been and still is responsive and helpful to any and all requests, both large and small In short, you could not find a more talented, honest and responsive Contractor!

I'm currently in the middle of a large remodeling project and Vinny Jacoviello is the builder I contracted with to perform the work. Jacoviello Builders came highly recommended to me by other homeowners in my community, and hiring him was the BEST decision I ever made!! Aside from being highly experienced and having an outstanding crew of subs, he is extremely attentive and accessible to the homeowner. Calls and questions are addressed immediately! What a great feeling knowing that I don't have to wait hours to speak with him. He is personally on site the majority of the time, so I'm continually assured that every detail is being inspected and supervised. Having built 5 homes previously, I am not a novice to this experience, and I have NEVER had a project proceed as quickly as this one! Vinny knows what he's doing and the transition from one sub to another is like clockwork...smooth and flawless. We have used Jacoviello Builders for two major projects. The first in 2005 was a thousand square foot addition. The addition included a golf cart garage a new bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. We also put on a new roof and some hurricane windows. The second was a comprehensive remodel. It included a new roof, hurricane windows, doors and sliders (20 in all) throughout the house, a new garage configuration with new hurricane doors, a new master bath and a pool re-do with the addition of a hot tub. We chose Jacoviello the first time for two reasons: 1) reputation – he had a good reputation in our community. We checked his references and visited projects that he completed and found satisfied customers and attractive work. 2) While not the cheapest contractor he was competitive. We chose Jacoviello the second time for three reasons: 1) He completed our first project on time and on budget. 2) He handled the punch list in a timely fashion and resolved any issues that came up. 3) His subs did quality work and stood behind their work. Our second project went just as well. We had a time crunch and would not be in town to supervise most of the work. Jacoviello was on the job the first day we had access to the property and finished on time. His cost was in line, the quality of work was what we asked for and he dealt with issues and problems in a timely manner. There is no construction project that is problem free so trust and confidence in your builder is critical. We could count on Jacoveillo to get the job done.

Vinnie Jacoviello was attentive to our home renovation and addition even prior to our signing a contract. He told us how much profit was built into his proposal up front. While bidding our job, he called an engineer to investigate suspected foundation erosion below where we planned to add a second story. This was not detected by other contractors during the bidding process. Vinnie never complained about unexpected surprises and had enough subcontractors to keep on schedule. Our architect and Vinnie's subcontractors work well together and respect him. He readily corrects any errors (and they were minor). We were off-site through much of our job and Vinnie emailed us photos and called with updates to keep us well informed. We are just completing the job (which included entirely new roof and roof strappings to meet hurricane code, new windows, and 2 bath renovations as well as an upstairs addition) but Vinnie encourages us to call with any future issues on any of his work. He is reliable, competent, and diligent.
