Absolutely loved working with Olivia and her team! She was patient throughout the entire design process, was always available to communicate, and took feedback and truly incorporated my vision into the designs. If you've never worked with a designer, I would definitely recommend Olivia, Jamie, and the rest of the their team. They actually made the design process fun rather than it being stressful!

We absolutely loved working with the JSDG team! As newcomers to the North Shore, we were excited to fix up our Deerfield home and were thrilled to work with Jamie, Olivia, and the rest of the team based on friends’ recommendations. Over the year, it was such a joy getting to know them, feeling completely at ease in their showroom even with our energetic 2 year old in tow! They really took the time to understand our style and needs, gently pushing us out of our comfort zones in the best way. The results speak for themselves. We love everything we chose and couldn’t recommend them more for anyone seeking expert design guidance. We’re already looking forward to future projects with them!

This is a long overdue review for Jamie Schachtel Design Group! I would recommend them 10/10 times! The design team helped us source furniture, rugs, paint, carpet, lighting, and window treatments, as well as, design layouts for each of the main rooms on our first floor. I was able to give them my inspiration pictures and they went above and beyond finding pieces/styles that were exactly what I wanted. Almost every visitor I have asks me where my furniture came from and compliments the style in each room. I could not be happier with how our design turned out :).

Jamie and Olivia has amazing taste. They adapted to the style I wanted for the spaces in my house they worked on. Her trades people are amazing and communication was timely. Everyone who works there is respectful, professional, friendly, timely, and caring. Our is a warm and inviting place that reflects our family and our tastes.

We loved working with JSDG! They furnished our first floor (great room, foyer, dining room, living room, bathroom, backyard) and it looks amazing!!! We are always getting compliments and asked where we got everything. Our furniture looks very sophisticated and modern and we love it all! Looking at everything makes us so happy every single day and I feel so proud when we entertain. They were very responsive to our needs. Thank you so much- highly recommend!!

From the first moment we met the extraordinarily talented Jamie Schachtel and her daughter Olivia we knew they were the right team to remodel our home. Jamie fully captured the vision we had and turned that into a reality that we could never have accomplished with anyone else. The experience we had working with Jamie and her team was first class in every way. Our initial meeting was in our home with more meetings in her gorgeous showroom in Ravinia where she has all the samples and items from which to choose. She guided us through the ABT store and Studio 41 with private appointments plus we received her discount at ABT for our kitchen appliances which was significant. We hired the contractors through Jamie who were all incredible, plus Jamie’s office schedules all of it for you and manages the work in progress. One of the things that most impresses me is Jamie’s incredible work ethic. I do not think I ever went more than sixty seconds without her responding to a text, phone call or email. When we were out of town, she face-timed us from inside our home to help us pick out floor stains, show us updates and supervised all the contractors for us. She is truly the best in every way. I have already referred JSD to my friends and family who are all extremely impressed working with her just the same as we are! We are so grateful we found Jamie and would recommend to anyone seeking a designer to look no further! To say we are thrilled with our outcome would be an understatement!!
