We have had the absolute best experience with Jaysen Casey from Reverie Design & Renovation. From the very beginning steps to the final touches he helped us realize our dream home. Our project was massive; complete living room remodel with 3 full bathroom remodels, and Jaysen made sure we stayed within our projected budget. He has impeccable attention to detail which ensures a high quality final product. He was very patient and kind as he helped us navigate this process, which helped alleviate much of our stress. Jason was recommended by a family friend. He came and gave us an estimate. He did contract the work out. The person he used, to my knowledge, had not worked with Jason before. The person was very good about showing up. but in order to save some time; used some techniques that did not produce good quality results. As a result, Jason had to go in behind this person and clean up the "not so good" work. Because of this, it took longer for the project to be completed. Jason was more than professional and never once complained about having to re-do the work. His main goal was to make us, the Homeowners, happy with the results. I would definitely use Jason again. I cannot say the same for the other person. Thank you Jason for making us feel that our project was important and that what we thought mattered.
