The kitchen (then breakfast room and great room) renovation that JCI completed this April has changed the way my family lives. They were highly recommended by a friend and from the beginning of the project (s) to the end, they were honest, reliable, trustworthy and the quality of their work, and knowledge of all aspects of the project were excellent and reassuring to a Reno newbie. They were extremely professional, began the project when all the components were available and on time. They completed demo and the majority of the project in one week. We increased the scope of the project opening up our great room as we went along and they were patient and had excellent suggestions, helped us make decisions about paint, tiles, countertop, exposing a brick fireplace and gave accurate cost and time estimates. Their son John was our project manager and he was excellent as was every craftsman they brought to the job. They did the highest quality work, were on time, neat and cleaned up every day. John was onsite all day with John and Linda very present throughout. I felt communication was excellent. I just hosted Thanksgiving for 20, and every decision I made in the kitchen was about hosting large events and the extra counter space, larger sink, appliance placement and extra storage made hosting a pleasure. I recommend JCI without any reservations, and intend to use them for a bathroom renovation this spring.

John and his team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism with close attention to details as he worked closely with the project architects to assure the outcome maintained its integrity to the design concept and functionality. JCI does great high end masonry work! They completed re-work of my front steps and installed railing on my front and side steps (lots of steps -- 40 on each series). When determining what to do, they always did the "right thing." Easy to work with.

JCI performed an entire rebuild after fire and water damage. JCI was easy to work with and accommodated changes along the way. The project was done with the estimated budget. We would plan on using JCI on future projects.

JCI was hired to build an outdoor cooking area. Area featured a wood burning pizza oven, Argentine grill, custom stainless steel cabinetry, granite surfaces and stunning stone work. The work was performed with budget and time estimates. Work is gorgeous and three years later looks like new
